[摘 要]AP1000核电技术是目前唯一一项通过美国核管理委员会最终设计批准的第三代核电技术，这是目前全球核电市场中最安全、最先进的商业核电技术。AP1000是由美国西屋公司开发的先进的非能动的压水堆。辅助厂房是核蒸汽供应系统厂房的一个“C”形部分，它包围了屏蔽厂房的约2/3，余下的1/3留作安全壳厂房的吊装空间。根据核电站防腐工程的要求，对防腐工程有严格的要求。混凝土表面应具备防辐射、耐强酸、强碱及多种溶剂的要求，且要求安全壳内部涂层具有防辐射要求。在辅助厂房混凝土地面西屋公司设计采用了宣威公司的650 型自流平地面涂料，該型号涂料按照美国标准通过了粘结力，耐液体，去污，耐磨损，抗压等性能试验。本文本着对该地面涂料施工过程中的施工工艺，特点和产生的问题进行讨论，重点讨论了施工过程的控制，以能够为后续工程中类似的施工作业提供一些参考意见。

[Abstract]AP1000 nuclear power technology is currently the only one through the final design of the nuclear regulatory commission approval of the third generation of nuclear power technology， this is the safest in the world's current nuclear power market， the most advanced commercial nuclear power technology. By the American Westinghouse AP1000 is the development of advanced non motile pressurized water reactor. Auxiliary plant nuclear steam supply system is a "C" shape part of the plant， it is surrounded by shielding workshop about two-thirds of the remaining one-third of the hoisting space reserved for containment building. According to the requirement of the anticorrosion engineering for nuclear power plant， have strict requirements on anti-corrosion engineering. Concrete surface should have radiation resistant， resistant to strong acid， strong alkali and the requirements of a variety of solvents， and require containment internal coating has the radiation protection requirements. In the auxiliary plant concrete ground Westinghouse design USES the type 650 xuanwei company self-leveling floor coatings， the type coating according to the standard by the cohesive force， resistance to liquid， decontamination， wear resistance， compressive strength and other performance test. In this paper， in line with the surface coating construction technology in the process of construction， characteristics and problems are discussed， focused on the construction process control， to be able to provide some references for the similar construction work in subsequent project.

涂料技术要求

AP1000核岛厂房对涂料的技术要求主要依据是西屋设计技术规格书CPP-G1-SX-001、CPP-G1-AX-001和ASTM标准，西屋设计技术规格书中指定了涂料品牌、生产厂家、型号，涂料的各类技术参数须满足ASTM标准，ASTM标准在确保涂料品质方面作了一系列的规定。为确保所使用涂料均符合设计文件，规定承包商在涂料采购前必须编制采购技术要求，必须对涂料供应商进行评估和选择，涂料供应商需要提供涂料符合采购技术要求的书面证明文件，包括涂料试验方法和验收准则、涂料性能试验报告、厂家质量控制体系文件等。……
