摘 要：轮机设备作为为船舶航行提供主要动力来源的设备，其建造施工技术水平与船舶的航行质量密切相关，要想保证海上航运事业的稳定发展，就必须加强对轮机设备建造施工技术的投入力度，进而保证船舶的航行质量，保证人们出行安全。随着社会经济的快速发展，中小型船舶的队伍也在不断壮大，在实际运行的过程中存在的安全問题也逐渐增多，在对船舶航行过程中出现的问题进行研究分析之后可以发现，问题集中出现在轮机设备上，为此，我们有必要加强对中小型船舶轮机建设施工技术的研究。文章针对轮机建设施工技术和管理现状进行分析之后，提出几点提升轮机施工技术和管理水平的办法。

Abstract： As the equipment which provides the main power source for the ship navigation， its construction technology level is closely related to the ship's navigation quality， in order to ensure the steady development of the marine shipping industry. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the investment in the construction technology of marine engineering equipment， so as to ensure the navigation quality of the ship and the safety of people's travel. With the rapid development of social economy， the ranks of small- and medium-sized ships are also developing， and the safety problems in the actual operation process are also gradually increasing. After the research and analysis of the problems in the course of ship navigation， it can be found that the problems focus on the marine engineering equipment. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the research on the construction technology of small- and medium-sized ships. After analyzing the present situation of engineering construction technology and management， this paper puts forward some measures to improve the engineering construction technology and management level.

海上航运事业的发展进程与船舶的航行质量密切相关，而对船舶航行质量产生影响的因素有很多，包括气候影响和风浪影响等，从自身来看，对船舶航行质量的影响最为严重的就是轮机的建造质量，轮机设备在船舶航行的过程中承担着重要的作用，是船舶航行的主要动力来源。鉴于轮机设备对海上航运事业的发展具有一定的影响作用，为此，在推进海上航运事业发展的同时，需要加强对轮机设备建造技术的重视，对轮机设备的常见问题进行分析之后，提出相应的处理办法，对轮机设备的建造技术进行不断完善，进而保证海上航运事业的有效发展。……
