摘 要：空冷系统配电是整个空冷设备中的一部分，它承担着给空冷岛及其附属设备供电的任务，通过其可以控制空冷风机电机转动来冷却翅片管内的各种介质，在化工、炼油、石化、传统能源发电厂、垃圾焚烧发电厂和钢厂等领域有着举足轻重的地位。使用空气不仅是一种低投资成本、低运行成本的选择，而且可以减少江河湖泊水的温升，有利保护保护环境，尤其是当今越来越重视环保，减少对水资源的浪费，保护绿水青山，空冷配电部分在空冷设备里起着供给、监测、控制电能的作用，使其整个空冷设施能够达到节能、高效、稳定的目的。

Abstract： Air cooling system distribution is a part of the whole air cooling equipment， which is responsible for supplying power to the air cooling island and its auxiliary equipment. It can control the rotation of the air cooling air electromechanical machine to cool all kinds of media in the finned tube. It plays an important role in the fields of chemical industry， oil refining， petrochemical， traditional energy power plant， waste incineration power plant and steel plant. The use of air is not only a choice of low investment cost and low operating cost， but also can reduce the temperature rise of rivers and lakes， and is beneficial to the protection of the environment. Especially， nowadays， more and more attention is paid to environmental protection and the waste of water resources is reduced. To protect green water and green mountains， the air cooling distribution plays the role of supplying， monitoring and controlling electric energy in the air cooling equipment， so that the whole air cooling facility can achieve the purpose of energy saving， high efficiency and stability.

空冷器的配电间通常布置在空冷岛下面或这是侧面较近的区域，当然也有布置在距离空冷设施较远的地方，这种主要是同整个工程的配电设备布置在一起，便于维护。下面对于空冷配电间和用电设备设计和选型谈一些浅显的看法。

1 空冷配电间整体设计

空冷配电间通常来说是布置在空冷岛下方或者附近的一个房屋，它需要根据相关标准满足现行国家关于防火要求、遮阳和对视间距和距离的规范、规程、规定，设置在较高且不容易积水的地方，所以电缆隔层的底部要高于同层的建筑底部，来避免区域形成积水。空冷配电间通常有低压变压器、配电柜、变频柜、直流屏的设备及材料。这些设备常规布置在同一房间内，供电从主厂房引至空冷配电间内的低压变压器高压侧，经过变压器至配电柜和变频柜，再经过配电柜和变频柜至用电设备。……
