基于移动大数据与多源数据的高速公路路网运行监测及流量预警研究与应用

[摘 要]本文利用移动大数据、交调站数据及收费站数据的多源大数据,建立高速公路路网运行监测与流量预警模型,结合历史数据模型训练的参数,实时获得高速公路的路段行程车速和运行状态、断面估算流量、预警收费站入口信息、拥堵路段及拥堵预测时间。本研究以浙江省高速公路路网为试点,搭建基于多源大数据的高速公路路网运行监测及流量预警示范系统,实时监测示范高速运行状态与流量,当收费站入口流量超出预警阈值时,发布流量预警信息,为交通管理部门提前预测浙江省高速公路常发拥堵路段拥堵态势,制定收费站入口限流政策提供数据支撑。

Research and Application of Freeway Network Operation Monitoring and Traffic Early Warning Based on Mobile Big Data and Multi-source Data

[Abstract]This paper focus on mobile big data, traffic investigation station data and toll station data, combining with the model parameters trained by history data, conduct a freeway network operation monitoring and traffic early warning model, generate freeway real-time travel speed, traffic flow, traffic condition, toll gate entrance early warning information,predicted time when traffic congestion is predicted. In this study, Zhejiang Province freeway network as a pilot, set up based on multi-source big data freeway network operation monitoring and traffic early warning demonstration system, real-time monitoring freeway networktraffic conditions and traffic flow,when the toll gate entrance traffic flow exceeds the warning threshold, released traffic warning information, to provide data support for the traffic management department to predict the congestion situation in the frequent congestion sections of Zhejiang Province freeway and to establish the toll gate entrance flow limiting policy.

一、引言

隨着社会经济高速增长以及城市规模的扩大,全国汽车保有量急剧上升,截至2017年6月底,全国机动车保有量达3.04亿辆,与去年底相比,增加938万辆,增长3.18%。高速路网通行能力与交通需求之间的矛盾日益突出,特别在春节、清明、五一、国庆四个高速公路实施免收小型客车通行费政策的重大节假日期间,高速公路路网部分节点出现了长时间、大面积的拥堵现象,高速公路运行管理面临新的严峻挑战。

然而高速公路路网信息的“量化可测”问题较为突出,交通运行监测设施的规模偏小,缺乏路网全空间、全时段路况运行监测的有效手段,更谈不上对拥堵路段及收费口流量的预测预警,无法满足当前高速公路交通信息化发展的需求。……
