摘 要 目的：为适应医院药学工作模式的转变，构建新形势下门诊药师的规范化培训体系。方法：通过查阅文献，参照北京地区医院药师规范化培训体系，结合门诊药房的工作实践，探讨门诊药师规范化培训体系的构建。结果：门诊药师规范化培训应从理论学习、法律意识、业务能力、沟通能力、协调能力、应变能力、综合管理能力等方面进行。结论：门诊药师规范化培训是建设现代化门诊药房和提供优质门诊药学服务的重要保证，应引起药学管理者的重视。

Construction of standardized training system for outpatient pharmacist

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the standardized training system for outpatient pharmacist under the new situation so as to adapt to the change of hospital pharmacy work pattern. Methods： Construction of this system was discussed by searching literature and referring to the documents on the standardized training system of hospital pharmacists in Beijing based on the outpatient pharmacy work practice. Results： The training and education of outpatient pharmacist should contain the professional knowledge， laws and regulations， the business level， communication skills， coordination， deal with window transaction， comprehensive management ability and so on. Conclusion： The standardized training of outpatient pharmacist is one of the important parts of the construction of modernization outpatient and the important guarantee of outpatient pharmacy service and should draw the attention of pharmacy manager.

医院药学人才培养是一项重要的、长期的系统工程，如同住院医师规范化培训一样，是医院教育的重要组成部分。我国药师的培训工作还未引起重视，国家并未给出明确的医院药师规范化培训模式[1]。随着医院药学由“传统保障供应型”向“临床药学服务型”的转变与发展，国家对临床药师的培养与教育逐渐规范化，成立了卫生部临床药师培训基地，按照“卫生部临床药师培训试点工作方案”进行临床药师培训[2]，为开展住院患者药学服务提供了不断壮大的临床药师队伍。然而，门诊药学服务作为医院药学服务中另一重要组成部分，却因缺乏重视而发展滞后。门诊药师参加规范化继续教育的机会少，影响了门诊药师理论水平和各方面能力的提高，阻碍了其药学服务水平的提高。……
