[摘要] 临床实习是医学生走向医学道路必不可少的关键环节，在整个实习过程中医患沟通是最普通且最需要注意的环节。为了提升医学实习生在医患交流中的语言表达能力和表达技巧，该文将微信群这一交流形式带入到临床实习的教学课堂中，建立起通过微信群来与患者进行交流的教学管理系统，对以微信群为医学实习生的医患交流平台的技能培养进行研究。

[Abstract] Clinical internship is an indispensable key link for medical students to be involved in the medical field. Communication between doctors and patients is the most common and most important part of the whole internship process. In order to improve the language expression ability and expression skills of medical interns in doctor-patient communication， this paper brings the form of communication of WeChat group into the teaching classroom of clinical practice， and establishes a teaching management system to communicate with patients through WeChat group. To study the skills development of the doctor-patient communication platform with WeChat group as a medical intern.

临床实习是学医的学生在毕业前，要到医院等医疗单位进行的一种实践活动。其目的在于理论联系实际，使学生在进一步获取临床各专业学科的理论知识的同时，进行临床基本技能训练。在临床实践过程中，培养学生获取、分析和处理疾病信息的能力，病历书写和诊疗操作能力以及接触社会与患者、护理交流的表达能力。

1 医患沟通概述

医患沟通作为医疗活动中必不可少的环节，医患沟通的内容细节和过程对整个治疗的效果、质量和效率有着很关键的意义。临床医学生通过校园内的3～5年的医学知识的学习后，进入医院进行临床实习，这一过程经历对于医学生来说尤为重要。在实习过程中医患沟通是实习生必须要经历的过程。在1999年的本科医学教育“全球医学教育最基本要求”中国际医学教育专门委员会对培养医学生必须具备的素质进行了详细的描述，其中沟通技能的培养被写入到医学生必备的7项基本素质之一，倡导医学生重视沟通交流能力的培养，提升医患沟通能力，将沟通能力和诊疗技术视为是医学生培养阶段的同等重要的内容。……
