Born in Hebei province in 1951， Wang Ruifeng graduated from the Philosophy Department of Hebei University and is the one-job postgraduate of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. Wang is the member of China Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Association， executive member of China Hard-pen Calligraphy Association（CHCA）， art director of the art committee of CHCA， adviser of Hebei Hardpen Calligraphy Association， Director- General of Langfang Branch of Beijing Great Wall Painter and Calligrapher Association.The works of Wang Ruifeng have been displayed and won awards at a variety of national and provincial exhibitions.

王瑞锋，1951年出生于河北省三河县（现大厂回族自治县），河北大学哲学系毕业，中央党校在職研究生学历，廊坊市人大常委会原党组副书记、副主任，廊坊市总工会原主席，廊坊市文联原名誉主席。

现为中国当代书画协会理事，中国硬笔书法协会常务理事，中国硬笔书法协会行书艺术委员会艺术指导，河北省硬笔书法协会顾问，长城书画协会廊坊分会（基地）会长，廊坊市硬笔书法协会名誉主席。

其作品多次参加国家、省、市举办的各种展览并获奖。2014年6月参加河北省第五届硬笔书法大汇展，获一等奖，被评为全省硬笔书法“十杰”之一；2014年11月参加全国第三届硬笔书法家“十杰百强”作品展，被评为全国硬笔书法“百强之一”；被中国硬笔书法协会、河北省硬笔书法协会评为“中国硬笔书坛年度影响力人物”和“河北省硬笔书坛年度影响力人物”；被中国萧军研究会、北京市写作学会、北京世纪百家国际文化发展中心和中国当代书画协会等授予“中华文化传承贡献人物”“中国当代卓越书画艺术家”等荣誉称号。
