The earth we live on used to be so clean and beautiful， however， we dont know when it happened， the earth became very dirty and stinky. People would wonder why our motherland became the place which made us being unpleasant， and I think， it is environmental pollution that turned the earth into a bad place.

Nowadays， environmental problems are as big as not for individual country or individual people to address， but for the whole humanity to deal with. In other words， we have already reached the stage that environmental problems should be solved in international view.

One of the difficulties of the international resolution about the environmental issues is different in individual nations view and policies toward environmental protection. In order to make the international cooperation successful， the nations of the world must submit themselves to international standards and supervision by an international commission elected by the participating nations of the world. All members must agree to abide by the standards that we established.

So as part of the same planet， it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment. Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment.

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world. So we must face the situation that exists and take effective actions to solve our environmental problems. For instance， new laws must be passed to place strict control over industrial pollution， the public must receive the education about the hazard of pollution and so on. We hope that all these measures will be effective and bring back a healthful environment.

The measures that we would take are fruitful. Different countries may have different actions to protect the environment and stop the pace on polluting. However， the point of these different actions is the same， that is， to effectively stop the pollutions in all ways.

In my opinion， solving environmental problems can be divided into two parts.The two parts includes the actions from individual， home and the school， and the actions from the government and the country. We would like to say something about the details of those measures.

First of all， we need to describe the actions that from home and school. A variety of effective measures have been put forward， such as non use of disposable plastic bags.We should use biodegradable lunch boxes to ensure that the boxes are disappearing in the soil.We should record the time when we leave home or office， and always remember to save water， because there are not many people in Africa or other places where there is no water to drink. By the way， when we take a bath， we need to wash the water very quickly. So we can save water and electricity.Please keep the paper. More importantly， we should recycle waste paper and collect garbage.

Then we will talk about the measures from the view of the government. First of all， the government should publish some laws and rules about polluting the environment， which could give people who did wrong things a punishment. Second， urge people to take the education， and teach them how to protect the air， water and soil resources. Third， to establish a large number of factories which are in low-carbon and try to save much energy. Forth， energy conservation and emission reduction could be learnt as well. Last but not least， we should develop our technology in a clean way and protect the beautiful environment.

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves and for our later generations. Fortunately， in nowadays， more and more people have realized these problems. Governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today. In addition， effective measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the government. And some laws have been passed to stop the pace of pollution.

I have a dream， that we could play in the beautiful forests， with rabbits， horses， elephants and many other animals accompanying us. I have a dream that the sea level could fall down， then we could paly on the beautiful beach safely. I have a dream that the weather could fall down， so the ice berg will not melt away and the white bears could have their home happily. I have a dream that the fresh water could be clean and abundant， so people in Africa and in other places could have the clean water to drink. And no one would die of losing water. I have a dream that the rubbish could be collected and no one would pollute the clean sea. So we could swim in the sea and play with the lovely fishes. I have a dream that no one would be hurt by the serious pollutions.

With the actions taken， the earth will be clean again. I hope the problem will be solved in the near future and our home will become better and better.
