【摘 要】目前，北斗定位导航系统已经成为中国沿海公务船、一些商船和渔船进行定位和导航的重要手段。交通部海事局新发布的《2016培训大纲》中已经列有北斗卫星导航的相关理论教学内容和实践技能培养要求，而我院还没有完备的北斗定位设备和相关实训室，为了更好的进行教学，应及早建立北斗导航实训室。本文结合青岛远洋船员职业学院北斗导航实训室的建设与管理阐述几点建议。

【Abstract】At present，the Beidou positioning and navigation system has become an important means for positioning and navigation of official vessels，some merchant ships and fishing vessels along the coast of China.The newly released “2016 Training Outline” of the Maritime Administration of the Ministry of Communications has listed the relevant theoretical teaching content and practical skills training requirements for Beidou satellite navigation.However，there is no complete Beidou positioning equipment and related training room in our institute for better For teaching，Beidou navigation training room should be established as soon as possible.This article elaborates some suggestions on the construction and management of BeiDou navigation training room of Qingdao Oceanfarers Vocational College.

0 引言

北斗卫星导航系统是中国自行研制的全球卫星导航系统，可全天候、全天时为各类用户提供高精度、高可靠的定位、导航、授时服务。[1]其建设过程共分四步：2000年建成“北斗1号”系统，向中国提供服务； 2012年建成“北斗2号”系统，向亚太地区提供服务；2017年建成“北斗3号”系统，向“一带一路”沿线及周边国家提供基本服务；计划2020年前后完成35颗卫星组网，为全球提供服务。目前，北斗定位导航系统已经成为中国沿海公务船、一些商船和渔船进行定位和导航的重要手段。交通部海事局新发布的《2016培训大纲》中已经列有北斗卫星导航的相关内容和实践技能培养要求。

培养“敬业精神好、英语水平高、实践技能强”的航运人才是我院航海教育的特色。2010年STCW马尼拉修正案对履约培训项目的改进要求，促进了我院实训室的建设。实训室建设对于提高教学效果，完善教学内容十分有利。目前，我院还没有完备的北斗定位设备和相关实训室，为了更好的进行教学，应及早建立北斗导航实训室。……
