【摘 要】随着我国用电规模的不断加大，给电力行业带来的压力也在不断增加，配电网运营压力的日益增加，也给配电网的安全运行提出了新的要求。当下配电网的运维管理以及建设改造过程中仍存在一定的问题，限制电力行业发展的同时威胁着用户的用电安全。如何加强对配电网运维管理以及建设改造的优化升级，都成为当下亟待解决的问题。论文就当下配电网运维管理以及建设改造原则的相关因素进行了简要探析[1]。

【Abstract】With the increasing scale of electricity consumption in China， the pressure on the power industry is also increasing， and the operational pressure of distribution network is increasing day by day. At the same time， new requirements for the safe operation of distribution network are put forward. At present， there are still some problems in the operation and maintenance management of distribution network and in the process of construction and transformation， restricting the development of the power industry at the same time threatening the safety of users. How to strengthen the distribution network operation and maintenance management and construction and upgrading of optimization and upgrading. These problems are urgent to be solved. This paper makes a brief analysis of the relevant factors of the current distribution network operation and maintenance management and the principles of construction and transformation[1].

1 引言

配电网在电力系统中发挥着至关重要的作用，其贯穿于电力系统的每一个环节，例如发电、输送、配电等每一个步骤都离不开配电网的配合。所以说，配电网的稳定程度在一定层面上决定着用户的实际使用体验。配电网的正常运转需要配电技术的支持，有效可靠的配电技术加之良好的施工手段可以保证配电网的整体质量，所以加强对配电网运维管理以及建设改造原则的深入探索具有十分重要的现实意义[2]。

2 当下配电网运维管理中存在的不足

2.1 配电网结构的不合理

随着城市化进程的快速发展，电力系统中配电网的规划程度明显落后于城市发展的实际速度。这也是当下配电网运维管理中最为重要的问题。电力系统中配电网合理配置的缺失对于整个配电网系统的发展与建设都产生了极大的阻碍作用。……
