【摘 要】随着我国电子商务经济的发展及互联网技术的不断发展，电子支付已经成为社会生活领域的重要方式，尤其是2016年5月20日国家发改委等部门发布的《关于推动电子商务发展有关工作的通知》对推动电子支付发展、强化电子支付安全问题给予了明确规定。由于电子支付模式依赖于网络等因素，其安全性还存在较大的改进空间，所以论文立足于对电子支付现状的分析，阐述电子支付所存在的安全问题，进而提出提高电子支付安全性的具体解决对策。

【Abstract】With the development of China's e-commerce economy and the continuous development of Internet technology， electronic payment has become an important way of social life. In particular， in May 20， 2016， the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued "Notifications of Promoting the Development of Electronic Commerce"， which has given clear regulations on promoting the development of electronic payment and strengthening the security of electronic payment. Because the electronic payment mode depends on the security of the network and other factors， there is still large room for improvement， so this paper makes an analysis on the status quo of electronic payment and security problems of electronic payment， and then puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the electronic payment security.

1 引言

电子支付是通过网络等平台而實施的一种货币支付行为，其不仅是电子商务发展的重要环节，也是支撑电子经济发展的重要因素。随着我国互联网技术的发展，电子商务已经成为当前经济发展的重要内容之一，据不完全统计截止2016年底，我国网上支付用户规模达到4.75亿，网上支付比例从60.5%提升到64.9%，其中手机支付用户规模达到37万亿元，而且随着网络终端移动设备的完善，电子支付的规模在不断扩大[1]。当然电子支付在快速发展的背后产生了诸多因电子支付安全问题而产生的各种经济纠纷等问题，因此为健全我国电子商务经济的健康发展必须要解决电子支付安全问题。

2 电子支付发展的概述

随着我国互联网经济的发展，尤其是2016年国家发改委等部门发布的《关于推动电子商务发展有关工作的通知》中提到健全电子商务支撑体系，推动电子支付创新应用，大力发展移动支付。……
