【摘 要】随着环境的不断恶化，天然林保护工程项目逐渐得到人们的关注，所以需要解决森林管护工作中的问题，以保证天然林保护项目的有效实施，在这样的背景下，论文对天然林保护工程和森林管护工作等相关课题进行研究。此次研究从在天然林保护工程中森林管护工作面临的困境入手，对解决森林管护工作中问题的对策进行探讨，主要目的是明确天然林保护工程的重要性，以此促进天然林保护工程的有效开展。

【Abstract】With the continuous deterioration of the environment， natural forest protection projects have gradually drawn people's attention. Therefore， the problems in forest management and protection work need to be solved to ensure the effective implementation of natural forest protection projects. Against this background， forest protection and forest management work and other related issuesed research will be conduct. This study starts with elaborating the predicament faced by forest management and protection work in natural forest protection project and discusses the solutions to the problems in forest management and protection work. The main purpose of this study is to clarify the importance of natural forest protection project in order to promote the effective development of natural forest protection project.

1引言

天然林保护工程是我国对环境污染所采取的重要手段之一，但森林管护工作中面临的问题对天然林保护项目的实施产生一定的阻碍作用，因此需要采取相应措施对森林管护中的问题进行解决。此次课题的研究对解决森林管护工作中的问题具有理论性意义，对指导解决森林管护中问题措施的有效实施具有现实意义。

2 天然林保护工程中森林管护工作面临的困境

2.1 资金短缺并且薪酬制度不合理

当下，工程静态投资、社会发展、自然资源之间出现不可协调的矛盾，在天然林保护工程的森林管护中主要体现在两方面：一方面，森林管护人员薪资制度不合理，森林管护人员的工资发放标准，按照天然林保护工程启动时的收入水平为准则，并没有随着社会水平的提高而进行相应的调整，这使得森林管护人员的薪资低、社会福利保障体系不合理等现象出现，从而造成森林管护人员工作积极性降低；……
