【摘 要】本文分析了青年教师在教学初期的优势和不足，并结合青年教师自身特质以及药理学的学科特点，提出了几项建议：备课过程中提前了解学生学情、全盘把握教材、合理扩展教学内容并精心准备教学课件；在授课过程中合理运用多种教学方法和手段，适当调动课堂气氛，形成自己的教学风格。

Discussion on How to Improve Pharmacological Teaching Ability for Young Teachers in Pharmaceutical

Higher Vocational Colleges

【Abstract】In this paper， the advantages and disadvantages of young teachers in the their initial career stage were analyzed， and some suggestions were put forward according to the characteristics of young teachers and pharmacology. Something can be done during lesson preparation stage as follwos， to understand the students' learning situation ahead of schedule， to grasp the teaching materials reasonably， to reasonably extend the teaching content and carefully prepare teaching courseware. For the teaching process， there also had something can be done，for example， to use a variety of teaching methods reasonable and to properly mobilize the class atmosphere to form their own teaching style.

一直以來，青年教师都是教师队伍里一个非常重要的组成部分，是承担教育教学工作的主力军和后备军。青年教师教学能力的高低，也从一个侧面反映了一个学校的教学质量以及对学生的责任心。对于青年教师而言，提高教学水平不仅是自身职业生涯的关键一步，也是师德修炼的一个重要环节。在医药类高职高专院校中，药理学是一门十分重要的课程，是连接基础医学与临床药学之间的桥梁学科，对于学生综合能力的提升以及未来就业都十分重要。但是这门课程知识体系复杂、知识点涵盖量大，学生学习起来较为困难，对于青年教师而言，想要讲好药理课还需要不断的修炼[1，2]。

1 医药高职高专院校青年教师的优势和不足

医药高职高专院校中的青年教师大都是国内外医学、药学高等院校的硕士或博士，他们在其所研究领域都一般有较强的业务能力，而且思想活跃、学习能力强，有热情、有亲和力，这些都是其未来能够成为一名合格教师的有利条件。……
