The innovation path of Chinese pilot training model

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the world economy, Chinas air transport industry has entered a new stage of development. The major airlines have purchased various large civil aircraft, and the volume of passenger and freight traffic has increased significantly. But at the same time, the problem of shortage of pilots is becoming more and more serious. Private airlines have used attractive treatment to attract state-owned airlines pilots job hopping, and produced a series of labor disputes between pilots and airlines. The pilot shortage has become a bottleneck for the development of Chinas civil aviation transportation, therefore, establishing the training mode suitable for Chinas civil aviation pilots, training in all basic knowledge, flight skills, logical thinking ability, reaction speed, emergency handling ability and other aspects have qualified pilots, realize talent quickly, is a breakthrough at present the effective method to solve the bottleneck of the development of Chinas civil aviation transportation. This paper analyses the mode of pilot training in China, and actively analyzes the corresponding innovative ways.

In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinas economy and the gradual opening of the low altitude airspace, the general aviation industry in China has developed rapidly. In recent years, the domestic navigation accidents have been frequent and the alarm bell has been rounded to the navigation enterprises. The high incidence of accidents also seriously restricts the rapid development of the industry. How to transfer the theory of solid, excellent technology, excellent style, physical and mental health of the navigation pilot navigation industry through scientific training mode, which can meet the demand of the rapid growth of the pilot, but also to ensure the safety of flight navigation operation, shipping industry is urgent to solve the problem.

1. The training mode of civil aviation pilots in China

The training of civil aviation flying talents in our country is mostly based on the combination of diploma education and skill training. After graduation, students must get the bachelors degree prescribed by the Ministry of education, and at the same time, they must get the relevant professional skills certificate of the Civil Aviation Administration of pilots.Before twenty-first Century, the pilots needed in our country were mainly dependent on the training of the CAAC College of flight. Into the 21 century after Chinas pilot training market gradually on the rise of a new pattern of school enterprise cooperation, such as Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, Beihang University, Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, etc.. The main characteristics of this training mode are selected from the graduating senior high school graduates or male undergraduates in science and technology major. The selected from domestic university undergraduate students called “change driving”, for major changes in driving trainees, training plan formulated according to different grade of different, complete theory course in China, and intensive English training and physical training, learning after the end of the second stage selection;for high school graduates enrolled from the students, two years ago in the domestic university for university study and training pilots according to the requirements of its physical training and training in English, second at the end of the year to the second stage selection. In addition the culture mode cost and risk is once a breakthrough, there are private airlines to take “half expense” and “expense” training mode, in which the airline security, to help students to bank loans, and then through some form of repayment. The training of re allocation of cost and risk is to avoid the drawbacks of the pilot “state-owned assets”, such as reducing the labor dispute cases, the flight technical personnel in accordance with the laws of the market demand of free flow, opens up a new field to cultivate new ideas and models of the future flight technical personnel. But this new training mode inevitably has many deficiencies, first in the curriculum, system goal setting is not much breakthrough, still in Chinese Civil Aviation Flight University as the reference standard, the difference is that the flight training by foreign institutions bear;due to foreign flight personnel training bases there the pilot, made the primary driving license is relatively easy, it will cause students to learn driving level is not high, more funding and training can be modified for longer periods of time have the ability to drive large commercial aircraft.

2. Exploration of innovation path of pilot training mode

Comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign airline transport pilot training and the advantages and disadvantages of the model, combined with Chinas actual conditions, to ease the future Chinese will face enormous pressure on the pilot demand, we must build a really suitable for the development of Chinas civil aviation pilot training mode.

2.1 In order to improve the market adaptability, it is important to carry out the comprehensive reform of the curriculum system.

Flight training applied technical personnel, need to explore and reform the existing training mode, enhancing the adaptability “based on improving the comprehensive quality of the China, according to civil aviation regulations (CCAR) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standard, form a complete set of aviation education system, pay attention to in the construction of high standards and strict requirements in the process of system;secondly, to intensify the reform of training mode, actively integrate with the international standard, realize the organic transformation of different models and synchronous modification;again, to strictly abide by the standards of training, improve the training standards in the training program based on the progressive realization of the final fusion license training and academic education. The comprehensive reform of the curriculum system at the same time, take the market as an important benchmark to enhance the market adaptability of the pilot on the basis of complete basic training, to integrate the training system and standard Airlines flight training school, in order to achieve the degree of comprehensive ability of pilots as an important standard who is qualified.endprint

2.2 Promote the new training model.

The model of school enterprise joint school is in essence the forced action caused by the shortage of pilots, but it is also an innovative way to adapt to Chinas national conditions. There are many immature place this mode, schools to gradually explore teaching and management methods, and explore the experience, the English proficiency of students to go abroad for training requirements as soon as possible, to enable students to accumulate professional knowledge for foreign actual flight training services;training costs and risks of another member of the rules for how to draw, make airline pilots and labor relations more reasonable, to lay the foundation for the free flow of issues such as Chinas future flight technology talent market need to be considered.

2.3 We will fully promote infrastructure construction and improve its practical operation ability.

Flight simulator training can help pilots routine flight simulator cockpit based, skilled operation rules, special cases of flight simulation, can greatly improve the pilots flight skills, familiar with all kinds of operation, so that the combination of theory and practice, but also can improve the efficiency of flight training, to ensure flight safety. Therefore, in order to improve the operation ability of pilots, we must strive to promote infrastructure construction, introduce advanced technology equipment such as advanced aircraft simulators, and achieve the integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching. At the same time, more efforts should be made to promote the construction of various related specialized laboratories, such as radio laboratories, gyro inertial navigation laboratories, civil aviation figures.CBT laboratory, flight control system laboratory, air data lab, aircraft engine laboratory, aeronautic electronic and electrical laboratory, automatic control principle laboratory, communication principle and sensor laboratory, etc, to improve its practical operation ability.

3. Concluding remarks

Unique and professional training mode based on the concept of civil aviation pilots, endowed with new meaning “in todays society applied talents, cultivating application-oriented qualified pilots to the nation and the great social impact, therefore, in applied talents from the perspective of in-depth exploration, pilot training, will improve the overall quality of pilots overall, and promoting the development of civil aviation industry.
