【摘 要】目的：探究在前列腺穿刺活检中结合经直肠超声造影的临床应用效果。

方法：2013年7月至2015年12月期间，在我院接受前列腺穿刺活检的患者80例疑似前列腺癌的患者作为研究对象，根据患者接受穿刺活检的先后顺序进行分组，其中单号设定为对照组，双号设定为观察组，对照组患者进行常规的超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检，观察组患者则结合SonoVue造影剂进行脉冲序列造影成像下进行前列腺穿刺活检，对比两组患者的前列腺癌穿刺活检的阳性比率。结果：观察组患者的前列腺癌穿刺活检率42.5%明显高于对照组22.5%，差异显著符合统计学判定标准（P<0.05），同时两组患者的穿刺针数以及穿刺并发症发生率无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论：在前列腺穿刺活检中结合经直肠超声造影能够有效提高其穿刺活检率，同时没有附加并发症伴随，值得在临床诊断中推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective：To explore the combined by transrectal ultrasound imaging in prostate biopsy of the clinical application effect.

Methods：during July 2013 to December 2015， in our hospital in patients undergoing prostate biopsy， 80 cases of suspected of prostate cancer patients as the research object， according to the order of patients received biopsy of grouping， which set the number as control group， set the double number as observation group and control group patients with conventional ultrasound guided biopsy of the prostate， the observation group of patients combined with SonoVue contrast agents for imaging of prostate biopsy under pulse sequence， compared two groups of patients with the positive rate of prostate biopsy.Results：the observation group of patients with prostate biopsy rate 42.5% to 22.5%， significantly higher than the control group significant difference statistically determine standard （P < 0.05）， at the same time， two groups of patients with puncture needle and puncture complications had no significant difference （P > 0.05）.Conclusion：combined by transrectal ultrasound imaging in prostate biopsy can effectively improve the rate of biopsy， at the same time， with no additional complications， worthy of popularization and application in clinical diagnosis.

前列腺疾病是一种临床较为多见的疾病，近年来，前列腺癌的发生率呈显著上升趋势，与此同时，其临床诊断和治疗得到很大提升。前列腺癌的临床诊断方法较多，但是依然需要病例检查进行确诊。在前列腺癌的诊断中进行准确的直肠超声引导下的穿刺活检是非常重要的内容，由于前列腺增生结节和前列腺癌的二维超声没有较大差异，并且鉴别难度较高，因此临床需要更为有效的鉴别诊断方法[1]。本研究对一段时间内在我院接受穿刺活检的疑似前列腺癌患者进行经直肠超声造影技术应用效果的探究，取得了显著效果，现对此做相关报道。……
