【摘 要】21世纪是信息技术飞速发展的时代，在这种背景下，信息技术已经融入到各行各业的发展中。鉴于此，论文针对建筑施工技术管理特点及信息技术的应用进行了分析。首先对建筑施工技术管理特点进行了简介；其次就建筑施工企业采用信息技术的必要性进行了分析；再次针对建筑施工企业采用信息技术管理的具体表现展开了研究；最后就建筑施工企业采用信息技术管理的策略应用进行了分析。

【Abstract】The twenty-first century is the time of the rapid development of information technology. In this context， the information technology has been integrated into the development of all walks of life. In view of this， the paper analyzes the characteristics of construction technology management and the application of information technology. Firstly， the characteristics of construction technology management are briefly introduced. Secondly， the necessity of building construction enterprises to adopt information technology is analyzed. Thirdly， the specific performance of information technology management in construction enterprises is studied. Finally， the application strategy of information technology management in construction enterprises is analyzed.

1 建筑施工技术管理特点

建筑施工企业由于施工管理的特殊性，在实际施工管理中，存在着很多的管理特点，这些管理特点主要表现在以下几点：首先是建筑施工管理具有复杂性。由于建筑物的自身施工特点，导致在实际施工过程中，需要处理的技术要素较多，因此在这种情况下，就增加了建筑施工管理的复杂性。其次，建筑施工管理具有长期性管理特点。由于建筑施工是一项比较复杂的工序，在其实际施工管理中，具有着长期性施工管理特点，因此在这种情况下，需要加强对建筑施工管理的周期性建设。最后，建筑施工具有危险性。由于建筑施工行业的特殊性，在其实际施工中，具有着很强的危险性，在这种情况下，需要加强对建筑施工管理的安全性建设。

2 建筑施工企业采用信息技术的必要性分析

传统的建筑施工管理技术在当前的建筑施工企业管理中，已经很难发挥出其应具备的管理作用。……
