摘 要：随着社会经济水平的不断提高，国民对生活质量的要求也越来越高，对社会医疗保障设施的建设愈发重视。目前我国综合医院基建工程项目管理仍然存在很多问题，施工管理体系不健全，施工成本得不到有效控制。文章主要分析了综合医院基建工程建设过程中项目管理的重要性，结合当前基建工程施工管理现状，探索如何建立规范化、制度化的管理模式，从而提高综合医院基建工程的施工安全和施工质量。

Abstract： With the continuous improvement of social and economic level， the quality of life of the people is also higher and higher， and the construction of social medical security facilities has become more and more important. At present， there are still many problems in the management of the capital construction project of the general hospital in our country， the construction management system is not perfect， and the construction cost can not be effectively controlled. This paper mainly analyzes the importance of project management in the process of construction of general hospital capital construction， and explores how to establish a standardized and institutionalized management model combining with the current situation of construction management of capital construction projects， in order to improve the construction safety and construction quality of the general hospital capital construction project.

近年来，我国相关部门不断推进医疗制度改革，扩大社会医疗保障范围，重视综合医院的建设。项目管理在基建工程的建设过程中起到统筹兼顾的作用，科学有效的项目管理是提升工程施工效率，保障工程施工质量的前提。基建工程建设主要分为准备、实施和验收三个阶段，其中实施阶段是项目管理的重点，管理者必须制定严格的施工标准，对施工单位的实施过程进行整体性监控，开展定期和不定期检查，一旦发现问题，立即阻止施工单位继续施工，严防建设安全漏洞的出现，完善项目管理机制。

1 基建工程项目施工管理的重要性

随着我国社会主义建设的不断推进，社会现代化的脚步不断加快，建筑工程业呈现出前所未有的发展势头，但在工程建设发展的高速时期，更应该注重建筑工程管理体系的建设，否则，行业发展的高速阶段也必将成为安全事故的高发期。……
