高产锡林针布

双齿设计：矮齿在初始阶段具有一定的握持分梳能力，在正常分梳时又能托持纤维，可以使纤维维持在齒尖，有效防止纤维下滑；双齿组合，能间接地提高锡林针布密度，提升分梳效果，因而在工艺条件基本不变的情况下，可以实现提高产量同时保证质量。

平顶、大前角设计：大齿尖采用“平顶”设计思路，即保证大部分纤维停留在齿尖部位，又有效防止纤维下滑，采用大前角设计可以有效地控制纤维，增加分梳作用效果。

高矮齿设计：可以实现双重托持纤维，并对工作面采取圆弧工作面设计，能够提高纤维的“一次性分梳效果”，由于托持作用的增强，可以提升纤维和盖板、道夫的接触长度，增加作用齿数， 有利于纤维的分梳、混合和转移等作用， 提高纤维的梳理度和均混效果。……
