摘要：

与传统教学环境相比，慕课环境同时具备同步和异步的教学特征。为了提升网络在线学习效率及学生的学习积极性，有必要针对慕课环境下的行为交互体系进行研究。首先分析了慕课环境下师生及生生之间的行为交互场景，在此基础上建立基于图论的行为交互模型。最后，通过案例的方式阐述了如何建立虚拟团队与选择学习榜样，并注重双向交互的重要性与确定学习榜样指标的综合性，从而帮助学生培养团队学习能力，促进学生成绩的整体提升。

Abstract：

Comparing with the traditional teaching environment， Massive Open Online Course shows synchronous and asynchronous teaching characteristics. In order to improve the efficiency of online learning and the enthusiasm of students， it is necessary to study the behavioral interaction in MOOC environment. In this paper， we analyze the interaction between teachers and students， as well as between students and students， in the environment of MOOC. First， a behavioral interaction model was established based on graph theory. Then， two cases are shown to build a virtual team and choose a role model.Building virtual teams and select role models based on behavior analysis are effective for students to develop collaboration ability and then to make progress together.

0 引言

隨着现代信息技术、移动通信技术以及互联网技术的快速发展，现代教育模式也向着移动化、个性化、大规模共享等方面进行探索和改革。这一系列改革背后隐含着学习者对教育资源公平享用的迫切需求与当前教育资源不足的矛盾，尤其是高质量教育资源仍然相对匮乏。在这种背景下，慕课[1-3]（Massive Open Online Course， MOOC）的出现为解决这种矛盾提供了一个可行方案。

MOOC作为一种新型的在线网络教学模式，通过整合各类优质教育资源和方法，提供一种点对点和点对面的全新的教育和学习模式，给高校教育带来了巨大影响[4-5]。MOOC突破了传统教学模式和课堂教学活动的时空限制，改变了被动、低效率的知识传授教学方法，重视学生个体性格、基础及学习能力差异，有助于学生的个性化学习，展示出与现行高等教育结合的可能性。……
