【摘 要】论文对微小型空分设备撬装式稀有气体分馏塔塔板装配工艺进行分析，分别从塔板结构、性能和强度要求，装配方法，焊接工艺，材料特性进行分析，发现软钎焊（锡焊）在小型分馏塔塔板装复中具有密封佳、变形小，操作简单，性能可靠等诸多优点。这对稀有气体这类精巧型设备研发提供重要的设计指导意见，并提高产品制造的精密度，清洁度，小型化，进而达到设备的高质量标准。

【Abstract】The paper analyzes the assembly technology of the trays of skid-mounted rare gas fractionating tower of microminiature air separation equipment， and the analysis is carried out from the structure， performance and strength requirements of the trays， and the assembly method， welding process， material characteristics. It is found that solder has may advantages in the assembly of the trays of small fractionating tower， such as good sealing， small deformation， simple operation， reliable performance and so on. It can provide important guidance for the design and development of the refinement equipment of the rare gas， and can improve the precision， cleanliness， miniaturization of product manufacturing， so as to meet the high quality standards of the equipment.

1 引言

氪氙氖氦等稀有气体在空气中含量较少，被称为黄金气体，随着工业生产和科学技术发展，它们的用途也越来越广，在灯光行业、精细化工、核化学、放射化学等领域都有很大用途。在国防工业和石油化学工业的发展中，开发稀有气体等微型或小型高精尖空分设备已成为空分市场未来发展的趋势[1]。2 研究目的

撬装快结构氪、氙、氖、氦提取设备具备结构紧凑、灵活、安装方便等特点。移动式的撬装设备要求精馏塔内部空间有限，运输高度受到限制，所以筛板式结构分流塔在移动式撬装设备中得到首选。但是微型或小型筛板塔组装空间狭小，结构复杂，装配难度大大提高，采用中大型空分分流塔安装方法显然达不到功能设计的要求。[2]急需探索一种高效、简洁、实用的装配方法为设备微型化设计做工艺保障。
