摘 要：电力废旧物资报废处置由于受诸多客观条件影响。同时，由于物资报废处置周期较为漫长，进而导致废旧仓库物资周转速率较低、货物积压严重。此外，由于废旧物资种类繁多、形状各异，并且部分物资还存在环境污染和安全隐患，进一步加大了废旧物资仓储管理的难度。文章基于公司面临的废旧物资仓储管理现状，从仓库布局改进、物资摆放优化和仓储精益化管理等几个方面提供有效建议，以提高废旧物资仓库利用效率和仓储管理综合成效，为加强废旧物资仓储管理做出有益探索和借鉴。

Abstract： The disposal of waste electric power materials is affected by many objective conditions. At the same time， due to the long disposal cycle， the turnover rate of waste materials warehouse is low， and the backlog of goods is serious. In addition， a wide variety of waste materials， different shapes， and environmental pollution and security risks in some of the materials have further increased the difficulty of storage management of waste materials. Based on the current situation of the storage management of the waste materials， this paper provides some effective suggestions from the aspects of the improvement of the warehouse layout， the optimization of the materials arrangement and the lean management of the storage， so as to improve the utilization efficiency of the waste materials warehouse and the comprehensive effect of the storage management and make a useful exploration in strengthening the storage management of waste materials.

1 廢旧物资仓储管理现状

1.1 废旧仓库储存能力趋于饱和

近年来，随着电网改造力度的加大以及资产报废处置周期较长，导致废旧仓库待报废物资积压严重，废旧仓库的存储能力已经趋于饱和。此外，“十三五”期间区域电网仍将大规模投资建设，将会产生新的大量待报废处理物资，废旧物资仓储管理面临的形势愈加严峻。

1.2 废旧物资库内管理有待进一步改进

废旧物资来源复杂，品种繁多，不同种类、不同形状、不同状况的废旧物资常常混杂在一起，进行仓库堆放时，显得比较杂乱，容易产生以下两方面的问题：

（1）安全绿色问题。某些废旧物资，例如蓄电池、变压器油等具有一定的污染性，随意堆放容易导致安全及污染隐患。……
