【摘 要】班团一体化建设是高校辅导员工作中的重要内容，对于班级活动的开展具有重要的作用。因此高校都纷纷开展班团一体化建设，并且取得了一定的成绩，但也出现了一些制约因素。论文分析了民办高校在开展班团一体化建设中存在的问题，并提出了合理化的解决策略，希望能对民办高校班团一体化建设的开展提供一定的帮助。

【Abstract】The integration construction of the class and league is an important part of work for college counselors， it has an important role in class activities. Therefore， colleges and universities are carrying out the integration construction of the class and league， and achieved certain results， but there are also some constraints. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the integration constructionof class and league in private colleges and universities， and puts forward the reasonable solution strategy， hoping to provide some help for the integration construction of class and league in private colleges and universities.

1 引言

班团一体化建设对于高校工作的开展具有一定的促进作用，尤其是对于民办高校而言。班级一体化建设能够减轻辅导员的工作量，提升辅导员的工作效率。同时班团一体化建设能够更好的对学生进行管理，保证高校活动的顺利进行。但是民办高校在开展班团一体化建设时还存在一些问题，只有深入了解班团一体化建设中存在的不足，并采取行之有效的策略，才能保证班团一体化建设的顺利进行。

2 班团一体化的相关概述

2.1 班团一体化的概念

班集体和团组织是高校的两个基本组织，两个组织对于大学生的成长都具有积极的影响，班集体是大学生的重要活动场所，而团组织则是大学生思想教育的参与者。传统教学中，两个组织各司其职，互动交流比较少，两者的工作效率不高。班团一体化是对传统模式的创新，班团一体化将班集体以及团组织结合在一起，增加两个组织之间的交流，做到信息共享，从而更好地对大学生进行教育[1]。……
