[摘要] 目的 探讨养老机构社会实践对高职护生养老护理专业能力的影响。 方法 选择上海城建职业学院2014级高职护生127名作为研究对象，采用数字抽签法随机分为对照组（65名）与观察组（62名），对照组实施常规教学模式，观察组在此基础上增加养老机构社会实践，比较两组护生的综合素质能力（知识掌握、能力提高、学习兴趣、参加实践活动意愿）、自主学习能力（自我管理、信息能力、学习合作）和高龄人群健康评估能力（问诊能力、诊断思维能力、护理评估记录）。 结果 观察组护生综合素质能力和自主学习能力得分均显著高于对照组（均P < 0.05）；观察组护生对高龄人群的健康评估能力得分显著高于对照组（P < 0.05）。 结论 养老机构社会实践活动可提高高职护生的养老护理专业能力。

The influence of social practice in pension institutions on nursing professional abilities for vocational nursing students in higher vocational college

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of social practice in pension institutions on nursing professional abilities to vocational nursing students in higher vocational college. Methods One hundred and twenty seven nursing students of Grade 2014 from Shanghai urban construction vocational college were enrolled as researh objects and randomly divided into control group （65 cases） and observation group （62 cases） by digital draw. The control group was given routine teaching and the observation group added social practice in pension institution on the bases of control group. The comprehensive ability （knowledge acquisition， ability improvement， learning interest and willingness to participate in practical activities）， self-regulated learning ability （self-management， information ability， cooperative learning）， health assessment ability of the aged （inquiry ability， thinking ability， nursing assessment records） of nursing students in two groups were compared. Results The scores of comprehensive ability and self-regulated learning ability in the observation group were higher than those of control group （all P < 0.05）； the score of health assessment ability in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Social practice in pension institution can improve the nursing professional ability of students in higher vocational college.

隨着我国社会经济的高速发展及人口结构的改变，“高龄化”已经成为我国重大的卫生难题，也是亟待解决的社会问题[1-2]。伴随我国进入高龄化社会，专业的养老护理人才成为不可或缺的配套教育培养目标。但是我国养老护理教育相对较为薄弱，护理观念较国外滞后，专业设置和教学课程欠缺，存在学时少、轻实践、重理论等不足[3-4]。社会实践被认为是护理课堂教育的延续和补充，是将理论知识与临床实践有机结合的过程，可提高护生的人文思想和专业能力。为探讨新型养老护理教学模式，本研究在高职护生理论学习的同时增加养老机构社会实践活动，提高了护生的养老护理专业能力，取得了较好的效果，现报道如下……
