【摘要】目的 讨论阿立哌唑、利培酮和氯氮平对精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢及体质量6个月的临床影响。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年9月我院收治的患者90例作为研究对象，将其分为三组，各30例，分别单一使用阿立哌唑、利培酮和氯氮平用药。对患者治疗前、治疗第1、3、6月使用阳性和阴性症状量表对患者的病情进行评定，对其的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯以及总胆固醇、体质量指数和瘦素进行测定。

结果 三种药物的治疗效果没有明显差异；使用阿立哌唑治疗以后，患者的体质量指数和糖脂代谢与治疗前没有明显变化，利培酮治疗6个月以后，体质量以及瘦素增高，使用氯氮平治疗以后，瘦素和体质量有明显的变化。结论 氯氮平对精神分裂症患者的提质量以及糖脂代谢不良影响最大，利培酮次之，阿立哌唑的不良影响最小。

Six months of clinical observation of the effects of aripiprazole， risperidone and clozapine on the metabolism and mass of glucose

in schizophrenia patients

【Abstract】Objective To discuss the set pp，risperidone and clozapine glucolipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia and body quality of 6 months of clinical effect.Methods Our hospital in January 2015～2016 of 90 patients admitted in September as the research object，it can be divided into three groups， each group 30 cases， respectively， using a single state o pp，risperidone and clozapine medication.For the treatment of patients before treatment，1，3，6 month using the positive and negative symptoms scale to assess the patient's condition， to the fasting blood glucose，2 h postprandial blood glucose，triglyceride and total cholesterol， body mass index （bmi），and leptin were measured.Results Three drugs in the treatment effect was no significant difference；To use the pp azole after treatment， the patient's body mass index （bmi） and glucolipid metabolism and no obvious change before treatment， risperidone treatment after 6 months， body quality， and higher leptin， after treatment with clozapine， leptin and body quality have obvious change.Conclusion The quality of patients with schizophrenia to clozapine and glucolipid metabolic adverse effects， the largest risperidone times， o set pp of the adverse impact is minimal.

非典型抗精神病藥物在精神分裂症的治疗中目前已经得到了广泛的应用，并且得到了相应的认可，但是在实际的治疗中，往往容易导致不良反应的出现，目前这一问题已经引起了相关研究人员的重视，就目前的研究现状而言，对于精神分裂症药物导致体征异常之间的诱因目前还不明确，但是研究发现脂肪细胞分泌的瘦素也有可能导致不良反应的发生[1]。本文以我院收治的患者90例作为研究对象，就阿立哌唑、利培酮和氯氮平对精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢及体质量的影响进行分析，现报告如下。……
