海报是高中英语应用文中的一种重要体裁，其宣传内容可以是影视作品、招聘广告、体育赛事、学术报告或某一产品等。海报由标题、正文、出海报的单位构成，形式比较灵活，往往以通告的形式张贴在公共场所。

1. 单位 英文海报的张贴单位应标在右下角。

2. 标题 居中标在海报的正上方，用简洁、引人注目的语言概括海报的主要内容。

3. 正文 海报正文没有硬性规定的格式，可以根据海报内容灵活选择。

[注意事项]

1. 海报的标题必须简洁明了，而且能吸引读者的眼球。

2. 张贴海报的目的是让读者了解活动的信息，所以文字的修饰要服务于信息，不能玩文字游戏，让读者摸不着头脑。

Why should we learn English？
