[摘要]目的 探討无缝隙护理管理对减少妇产科院内感染控制效果作用的分析。方法 选取2016年1～11月我院妇产科收治的86例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分成治疗组和对照组，每组43例，对照组应用常规护理，治疗组应用无缝隙护理干预。选取我科护理人员32人，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组16人。通过对护理人员基础知识、基础操作和病情掌握程度进行考核，比较两组护理人员的护理质量，比较两组患者的满意度和院内感染发生率。结果 治疗组护理人员的基础理论、基础操作、病情掌握评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组患者对护理的满意度（93.02%）要显著高与对照组（86.05%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组患者的总感染率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 无缝隙护理管理可以优化护理环节，提高护理质量和患者的满意度，同时也能有效减少感染发生，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the control effect analysis of seamless nursing management on reducing infection in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods 86 patients treated in the gynecology and obstetrics department in our hospital from January to November 2016 were selected as the study subjects，and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random digital table method，with 43 cases in each group.The control group was taken routine nursing care，while the treatment group was given application of seamless nursing intervention.32 nurses in our department were randomly divided into two groups，with 16 nurses in each group.The comprehensive quality of nursing of two groups were compared and were assessed by analyzing the basic knowledge，basic operation and disease knowledge.The satisfaction and incidence of nosocomial infection of patients in two groups were compared.Results The score of basic knowledge，basic operation and disease knowledge in treatment group were higher than the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.In the treatment group，the satisfaction of nursing （93.02%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （86.05%），and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The total infection rate of the patients in the treatment group was lower than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Seamless nursing management can optimize the nursing link，improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients，and also effectively reduce the incidence of infection.It is worthy of clinical application.

医院感染是指患者在医院内获得的感染，包括在住院期间发生的感染和在医院获得但出院后发生感染的现象。医院感染的控制关乎医院的发展，是医疗机构最为重视的问题之一。妇科疾病多是由于各种微生物感染而发生，在妇产科患者的治疗方案中针对感染进行有力控制，能降低患者院内感染的概率，提高治疗效果[1]。对于妇产科这一特殊科室，最大限度地控制院内感染的发生对妇产科患者的预后具有十分重要的意义。目前临床采用的常规妇科护理干预存在一些缺陷，主要包括缺乏针对感染的风险评估、缺乏医患沟通、护理流程繁琐缺乏效率、护理干预方案执行力度不强[2-5]。无缝隙护理管理以先进……
