分析了当前勘探开发形势下的录井技术发展现状及相关问题，结合油气勘探开发的实际，针对现有录井作业方式的不足，提出了“集群化远程录井技术”平台体系结构，基于“互联网 + 智能制造”理念，阐述了涉及的关键技术，为建立工厂化录井模式、区域标准化综合解释提供了新的方法和手段。

AbstractThrough analyzing the current situation and related problems of logging technology under the current exploration and development situation, in view of the shortcomings of existing logging operations, the platform architecture of “cluster remote logging technology” has been put forward based on “Internet + intelligent manufacturing” concept, and the key technologies involved are described. This technology provides new methods and means for the establishment of factory logging mode, and regional standardization of comprehensive interpretation.

1. 引言

当前，石油石化企业成为互联网+制造的先行者。中石油、中石化、中海油等企业，正在打造智能化油田、智能化管道、智能化工厂。对于录井行业来说，“互联网+”不是把互联网与录井装备技术简单相加，牵手互联网获得的不只是改变，更应是转型和提升。所谓好的互联网+应用，一方面要有创意，另一方面也要与用户的需求，或者与传统产业结合起来，“加什么？怎么加？”，需要我们认真思考和规划。

2. 当前勘探开发形势下的录井技术现状及存在问题

在石油勘探开发过程中，录井同时肩负着两种重要责任：一是油田勘探开发的眼睛。录井始终伴随钻井在现场实时获取、分析、评价、应用钻探最基础、最原始、最直接的第一手地下地质、油气信息，对油气勘探开发不可缺少、不可替代。二是钻井工程的安全卫士。钻井工程要实现安全高效生产，录井地下地质、工程异常早期准确预警极为关键。……
