浅议加强高压电动机引线绝缘的必要性

高压电动机随着运行年限越来越长，电动机绝缘水平会出现下降，而近些年高压电动机时常出现线圈端部引出至接线盒的电缆引线绝缘损坏、击穿、破损的现象。严重影响装置运行的连续性，影响生产。设备管理是企业生产环节的重中之重，通常把提高化工工艺水平、改善工艺流程、改进测量精度等作为提高质量的手段；近几年随着化工装置运行的年限越来越长，时间越来越久，装置上所采用的设备、材料本身质量有所下降而没有引起我们的足够重视。

1 项目实施背景

“质量管理是一个企业智慧、科技和经济实力的综合体现”，随着企业对连续性生产的要求越来越强，对非计划停车事故率的减少的要求日益严格，电气专业就做好供电稳定和电气设备运行稳定得多下功夫。在过去的2a中，由于电气设备故障而导致电网波动从而影响生产的事故时有发生，并且事故率越来越高；不符合企业的设备管理要求，也会影响化工产品的生产质量。追踪事故原因，做到举一反三，采取有效的预防措施才是避免质量事故的有效手段。

2 高压电动机在长时间运行后出现的质量问题及危害

高压电机存在的主要问题比较突出，在过去的2a内平均半年就有2次因为高压电动机引线绝缘老化，丧失了绝缘性能，从而导致相对地放电，造成高压系统波动，影响了化工装置生产。……
