重庆首个冷链物流保税仓获批 进口肉类12天到达

7月20日，重庆西部国际涉农物流加工区建设发展有限公司消息，位于中国西部农产品冷链物流中心内的重庆高新区首个冷链物流保税仓已通过西永海关审批，并报重庆海关正式完成手续。这意味着进口肉类（海鲜）将搭上全程保鲜的“直通车”，只需12天即可直抵重庆人餐桌，物流周期大幅缩减，市面上将迎来品种更丰富且价格更便宜的进口海鲜和肉类。

金融租赁服务长江经济带战略联盟成立我市获320亿元融资租赁额度

7月25日，市发改委消息，金融租赁服务长江经济带战略联盟成立暨合作协议签约仪式在上海举行。经积极协调，我市从中获得320亿元融资租赁支持。按照合作协议，该联盟与11省市将本着“平等互利、优势互补、共同发展”的原则，开展全方位、高效务实的租赁业务合作，将在长江绿色生态走廊、船型标准化、综合立体交通、产业转型升级、新型城镇化等方面对相关省市给予金融租赁支持。

阿里巴巴将在两江新区构建外贸生态服务体系

8月7日，两江新区首届跨境电子商务高峰论坛消息，阿里巴巴将在两江新区打造本地化外贸生态服务体系，以实现重庆“外贸3.0”的升级。将利用线上供求信息平台、大数据支持，营造全球贸易大生态。此次阿里巴巴与两江新区牵手，共建本地外贸生态服务体系，除了推动外贸生态服务企业与中小外贸企业在两江新区聚集，还将进一步降低企业外贸综合服务成本，丰富服务类型，提高对中小外贸企业的服务效率。

市经信委与进出口银行重庆分行签署合作协议

中国进出口银行重庆分行已与市经信委签署《支持医药产业发展战略合作协议》，建立支持重庆医药产业发展的战略合作关系。根据协议，该行将充分发挥其政策性金融机构的引领和导向作用，创新金融服务模式，综合运用信贷、担保、投资等一揽子综合金融服务，为双方合作机制项下所确定的企业及项目提供政策性金融支持。

京东在渝布局以3C为主的新型零售体验店

京东集团发布零售创新战略，宣布年底前将在重庆等城市开设超过300家以3C为主的零售体验店。此次京东布局的零售体验店分为两类：一类是京东之家，主要布局一二线城市核心商圈，主营手机、数码、电脑等3C产品，同时涵盖家电、图书等京东其他品类；另一类是京东专卖店，主要在各级城市的次商圈开设，如重庆的区县级商圈等。每个店铺商品都将不同，主要通过京东平台大数据，分析当地商圈消费者的购物习惯和兴趣喜好来安排。

前7月货运量完成6.2亿吨港口集装箱货运增幅大

8月17日，市经信委消息，今年1—7月全市货运量累计完成6.2亿吨，同比增长3.7%。其中，港口集装箱货运累计完成77万件标箱，同比增长21.7%，最为抢眼；铁路运输累计发送货物1045万吨、到达货物2830万吨，运量大、增幅快的货物品种主要是金属矿、钢材等；公路货运仍占全市总货运量“大头”，累计完成货运5.1亿吨，运送货物种类主要包括生产生活类物资产品；航空运输累计完成19.7万吨，以生鲜货物为主。

兰渝铁路预计10月底具备全线开通条件

8月21日，兰渝铁路有限责任公司消息，兰渝铁路静态验收已全面展开，9月将完工，预计10月底具备全线开通条件。兰渝铁路正线全长855公里，建筑总长度1179公里，旅客列车速度目标值160公里/小时，有条件路段预留200公里/小时。兰渝铁路是连接我国西北与西南最便捷快速的大能力运输通道，是国家“一带一路”倡议及西部大开发、“渝新欧”大通道的重要组成部分。

JD lays out new retail experience stores featuring 3C in Chongqing

Lanzhou-Chongqing railway is projected to be put into operation at the end of October
