虚拟学习社区中的学习者位置分析

该文针对虚拟学习社区的学习者位置与网络中信息和知识传播的关系问题，从中心性方面对某大学生虚拟学习社区进行了分析，探讨了学习网络中个体学习者的结构位置与知识获取和传播的关系，以期促进学习网络的良性发展，进一步提高个体学习者获取知识的能力与虚拟学习社区在教育中的应用。

Abstract：From the aspect of centrality and taking the virtual learning community in a certain university as an object,this paper analyzes the relationship between the learners'position in the virtual learning community and the transmission of information and knowledge in networks.It also discusses the relationship between individual learner's structural position and acquisition and trans⁃mission of knowledge,expecting to promote the virtuous development of the learning networks,to upgrade the individual learn⁃er's capability of acquiring knowledge and to facilitate the application of networking in education.

1 概述

当前，随着现代信息技术的快速发展，高校信息化建设的大力推进，大学生的信息能力与信息素养不断提高，他们不断的寻求更自主的学习与交流，常常以班级或朋友圈为单位，利用碎片化时间，使用互联通信工具，寻求学习帮助或资源，通过网络学习交互形成了网络虚拟学习社区。这类大量存在于学生群体中的虚拟学习社区中的学习与交流，以学习者为中心，以协作学习和探究性学习为主要方式，要求学生有较强的自主学习能力、团队协作能力和交流能力，因而，加强对虚拟学习社区的组织和引导，培养学生学习兴趣和爱好，提高学生的网络学习能力，强化学生发现问题，寻求网络学习资源，以及与其他成员共同协商解决问题的能力，都是更有效的进行网络学习的要求，也是对于传统的学习交流极大的提高[1]。
