[摘要]目的 探讨CT在腮腺多形性腺瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2012年7月～2016年11月收治的20例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者，按照不同诊断方式分为对照组和观察组，各10例。对照组采用MR诊断，观察组实施CT诊断，比较两组的诊断效果。结果 观察组诊断后的检出率为90.00%，高于对照组的40.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的特异性、灵敏度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对腮腺多形性腺瘤患者实施CT鉴别诊断不仅能提高患者检出率，还能明确诊断，提高特异性，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application value of CT in the diagnosis of parotid pleomorphic adenoma.Methods 20 cases of parotid pleomorphic adenoma from July 2012 to November 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different diagnostic methods，10 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by MR，the observation group was given CT diagnosis，and the diagnosis effect of the two groups was compared.Results The detection rate of the observation group was 90.00%，which was higher than 40.00% of the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.The specificity and sensitivity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of CT in differential diagnosis of parotid pleomorphic adenoma can not only improve the detection rate of patients，but also make clear diagnosis and improve specificity，which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

腮腺多形性腺瘤也可以称为混合瘤，为临床上常见的良性肿瘤，是以镜下结构的多形性，而不是细胞的多形性为特征的肿瘤，最常见的是上皮和变异肌上皮成分与黏液样或软骨样成分的混合。早发现、早诊断、早治疗为本病临床主要目的，其具有病程缓慢等特点，病程可以为十几年或者几年，多在无意中或者体检中发现[1-2]。我院对腮腺多形性腺瘤的CT表现及鉴别诊断效果进行研究与分析，旨在探讨本病的CT表现和诊断结果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院2012年7月～2016年11月收治的20例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者，按照不同诊断方式分为观察组和对照组，各10例。20例腮腺多形性腺瘤患者均签署知情同意书，同意参与本次研究内容，所有患者结合病史，并通过触诊、视诊等临床检查进行初步判断，所有患者均符合临床腮腺多形性腺瘤诊断标准，排除不接受CT诊断以及MR诊断患者，排除伴有内分泌疾病、精神疾病患者。观察组中，男性5例，女性5例；年龄为25～60岁，平均（41.31±1.45）岁。对照组中，男性4例，女性6例；……
