摘 要：随着工业化进程的推进，危险废物的管理与处置越来越引起了人们的重视。该研究利用信息技术与手段，设计了一套危险废物信息化管理平台，包含了危险废物产废信息管理、危险废物转运信息管理、危险废物处置信息管理、法律法规及技术数据库等功能，可服务于政府对危险废物的监管工作，实现危险废物的产废信息、处置信息的实时交换，以及对危险废物转运过程的全程监管，同时提供危险废物管理的相关法律法规及处理处置新技术，以期提高对危险废物的处置效率与监管水平。

Abstract：Management and disposal of hazardous waste were attracting more and more attention as the advancement of industrialization. In this thesis，based on information technology，an information platform for hazardous waste management was designed. The platform had functions such as hazardous waste source information management，hazardous waste transport information management，hazardous waste disposal information management，a database of laws ，regulations and technology，which could help to improve the management of hazardous waste by government，to realize real-time exchange between source and disposal information of hazardous waste，and on-line watch and control of hazardous waste transport，provide enquiry functionaboutlaws ，regulations and technology. We hoped this system could help to manage the hazardous waste.

危险废物是指破列入国家危险废物名录或者根据国家规定的危险废物鉴别标准和鉴别方法认定的具有危险特性的废物[1]。随着经济的快速发展以及城市化进程的加速推进，危险废物的产生量迅猛增长，已成为全球十大环境问题之一，危险废物的污染控制已成为环境保护领域的重要的工作内容[2-3]，这对危险废物的监管水平提出了更高的要求。为此，本研究应用信息技术，为危险废物的管理提供了一种信息化的解决方案，以期对危险废物的管理工作起到辅助作用，也为智慧城市的建設添砖加瓦。
