摘 要：高尔夫绿地是高尔夫球场的载体和存在形式，是城市绿地系统的组成部分。通过比较高尔夫球场与城市综合性市政公园占地面积、绿地率及绿化三维量等指标，分析高尔夫绿地在现代城市绿地系统中的类型与地位，对高尔夫绿地的概念进行了探讨，并对高尔夫绿地的特色进行评议。认为不能因为高尔夫球场的用地性质、管理难度及某些高尔夫球场的违规用地和滥用水资源等负面因素而否认高尔夫绿地。把高尔夫绿地纳入城市绿地系统中进行规划与管理，有利于国家控制过度开发建设高尔夫球场的现象。

Abstract： By comparing the floor area， greening rate and greening 3D quantities of golf course to that of urban comprehensive administration park， the type and position of golf green field within urban green space system was analyzed，and the concept of golf green field was discussed. Golf green filed is an important component of urban green space system， and is the form and the supporter of golf course. although bearing drawbacks including field misuse， management difficulties and water abuse， the functions of golf field cannot be readily denied. It is suggested that bringing glof field into the construction and management of urban green spacecould be beneficial to control the its situation of over exploitation.

自1984年我国第一个高尔夫球场在广东中山温泉高尔夫球会问世以来，这种以球场形式存在的特殊绿地类型在我国开始发展。2004年1月，国务院办公厅发布了《关于暂停新建高尔夫球场的通知》，对高尔夫球场的兴建热潮降了温，但我国已建和在建的高尔夫球场数量约在500-1000个之间[1]。2009年12月31日，国务院办公厅以国发〔2009〕44号印发的《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》提及海南高尔夫旅游产业的规划，是自2004年国家开始限制高尔夫球场建设以来中央政府首次对高尔夫用地政策的调整。2011年8月中旬，央视《经济半小时》在连续聚焦环境水质流失困局的节目中，矛头直指高尔夫球场。高尔夫球场因侵占国有土地、与人争水而再次受到非议。……
