周围性面瘫采用择期针灸治疗的临床观察

目的：分析周围性面瘫采用择期针灸治疗的临床效果。方法：选取自2014年的9月¯2016年的11月在我院接受治疗的79例周围性面瘫患者，分为对照和研究两组。对照组采用西医治疗，观察组采用择期针灸治疗，对比两组疗效。结果：研究组患者与对照组相比在接受治疗后面瘫评分改善情况更佳；研究组患者与对照组相比治疗总有效率更高，两组对比可见显著差异，（P＜0.05）。结论：周围性面瘫采用择期针灸治疗的临床效果颇为满意，可提高治疗效率，能够促进患者的临床症状、体征显著改善，值得应用。

Objective：to analyze the clinical effect of peripheral facial paralysis by selective acupuncture treatment.Methods：79 cases of peripheral facial paralysis patients from 2014 September ¯2016 year in November in our hospital，divided into control group and study group two.Control group was treated with western medicine treatment，the observation group underwent acupuncture treatment，contrast the effect of the two groups.Results：the patients in the study group compared with the control group in the treatment of facial paralysis score improvement is better； patients in study group compared with the control group，the total efficiency of treatment is higher，two group comparison shows significant difference（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：peripheral facial paralysis by Acupuncture on Elective The effect of the bed is quite satisfactory，it can improve the treatment efficiency，can promote the clinical symptoms and signs of patients，and is worthy of application

周围性面瘫对患日常生活影响严重，帮助患者提高治疗的效率，促进周围性面瘫的症状和体征快速改善，是临床治疗首要责任[1]。本文分析了周围性面瘫采用择期针灸治疗的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 基本资料

此次研究共选取自2014年的9月～2016年的11月在我院接受治疗的79例周围性面瘫患者做为研究对象。纳入标准：①所选患者均进行细致检查，其临床表现及病情符合周围性面瘫相关的诊断标准（即：患者多是急性起病，其面部一侧表情肌存在瘫痪，无法蹙眉、皱眉、闭目，口角向健侧歪且鼻唇沟较之前变浅，无法吹哨、鼓腮，进食时食物会阻塞于健侧齿颊，贝尔征呈阳性，瞬目反射、角膜反射减弱甚至消失）。……
