【摘 要】民用飞机飞行必须保证飞机符合最低安全要求，即适航标准。对飞行载荷专业来说，进行载荷设计计算以表明对适航标准的符合性，是一个极其重大的课题。飞行载荷设计人员要表明对适航标准的符合性，顺利地通过适航取证，需要对适航技术进行仔细研究。本文选取了偏航机动适航条款为研究对象，对其条款的理解和符合性验证方法进行了深入的研究和探讨。

Analysis and Research on the Airworthiness Technology of the Yawing Maneuver of Flight Load for Civil Aircraft

【Abstract】It must be ensured the minimum safety demand namely the airworthiness regulation for civil aircraft.It is a greatly important project to indicate the compliance with the airworthiness regulation for the flight load group，who need pay much and deep attention to the airworthiness technology finally to succeed obtaining the airworthiness certificate.This paper puts forward much and deep research to the compliance with the airworthiness regulation according with the selected object of the yawing maneuver as the airworthiness item.

0 引言

適航性[1]是按公众批准的最低安全要求继续飞行的航空器固有品质，公众要求设计人员严格按照适航要求设计飞机，保证飞机符合最低安全要求，并向局方（国内局方是指中国民航总局及其地方管理局）表明其符合性。公众还要求局方确认设计人的设计确实符合最低安全要求。适航审定的宗旨是：维护公众利益，保证航空安全，促进航空工业的发展。但是飞机的安全性是设计制造出来的，不是审查出来的，审查是公众派来的“第三只眼”，通过运用适航标准进行审查。

适航标准[2]是一类特殊的技术性标准，是民用飞机设计、研制、生产及使用维护中必须满足的最低安全标准。适航标准与其他标准不同，是国家法规的一部分，必须严格执行。同时适航标准又是通过几十年来世界运输类飞机研制、生产及其使用维护经验的总结，吸取了历次飞行事故的教训，是用生命和鲜血换来的，是没有知识产权限制的民机产业宝贵知识，是我国民机产业走向世界的重要知识源泉之一，是民用航空产业可持续发展的基石。……
