[摘要]目的 探讨品管圈在护理服务质量管理中的应用效果，为临床护理工作模式提供参考依据。方法 随机选取2015年9月～2016年9月在我院工作的护理人员40名为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组，每组20名。观察组采用品管圈工作模式，对照组采用常规的管理和工作模式。比较两组的工作效率、患者护理满意度、医用耗材使用情况。结果 观察组护理人员工作总有效率为100.0%，明显高于对照组（70.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者对护理的满意度为100.0%，明显高于对照组（75.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组医用耗材的有效使用率为88.47%，高于对照组的76.61%，差異有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 品管圈工作模式能够显著提高护理人员的工作效率，提高患者的护理满意度，使护理管理模式更规范，适合在临床护理中推广运用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle （QCC） in nursing service quality management，and to provide reference for clinical nursing mode.Methods From September 2015 to September 2016，40 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as research objects，and they were divided into the observation group （n=20） and control group （n=20）.The observation group was given QCC working model，while the control group was given the routine management and working model.Work efficiency，the satisfaction degree of patients and medical consumables use between the two groups were compared.Results The working efficiency of nursing staff in the observation group was 100.0%，which was much higher than that of the control group （70.00%） with a statistical difference （P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction degree was 100.0% in the observation group，which was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.00%） with a great difference （P<0.05）.The effective use rate of medical consumables in the observation group was 88.47%，which was higher than that of the control group （76.61%），the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Quality control circle work model can significantly improve the work efficiency of nursing staff，improve the patients′ satisfaction degree of nursing，and make the nursing management model more standardized，and it is suitable for promotion and use for clinical nursing.

品管圈（quality control circle，QCC）是一种先进的新型护理人员工作模式，它是指在护理工作相同的小范围护理人员内形成质量监管小组，组内护理人员就日常护理问题、医用耗材使用问题、患者针对性护理等多项问题进行统一讨论，制定出合理的解决方案。同时建立严格的组内管理制度和工作分配秩序，以小组形式共同解决护理工作中的各项问题[1-2]。QCC工作模式的实行，能够将护理工作相同的护理人员聚集起来，依靠小组的力量共同解决问题，是一种高效的管理模式[3]。本研究旨在评价QCC工作模式对护理人员进行日常工作的影响以及对该工作模式的可行性进行研究，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

2015年9月～2016年9月，随机选取我院护理人员40名，所有护理人员均为女性，年龄在22～36岁，平均（26.7±3.2）岁，均已在我院工作3年以上，工作业绩良好，无不良工作表现和严重错误。将其分为观察组和对照组，每组20名。……
