[摘要] 目的 探讨并观察应用舒血宁注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床效果和安全性。 方法 2015年10月～2016年9月136例糖尿病周围血管病变患者，随机分为对照组与观察组各68例。对照组采用基础治疗，观察组在此基础上采用舒血宁注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗，比较股动脉、腘动脉和足背动脉管径以及血流速度的变化等。 结果 两组治疗后股动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉管径以及血流速度变化与治疗前相比较改善明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），与对照组相比观察组改善更明显（P<0.05）；两组治疗后血糖及HbA1c水平均和治疗前相比显著下降（P<0.05），与对照组相比观察组下降更明显（P<0.05）；观察组治疗效率94.11%高于对照组82.35%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组均无明显不良反应。 结论 对于患有PVD的患者使用舒血宁注射液与前列地尔注射液联合治疗的效果十分安全有效。

Effect of Shuxuening injection combined with alprostadil injection for diabetic peripheral vascular disease

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and observe the clinical effect and safety of Shuxuening injection combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease. Methods From October 2015 to September 2016，136 cases with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group （n=68）.The control group was treated with basic therapy，and the observation group was treated with Shuxuening injection combined with alprostadil injection.The changes of femoral artery，popliteal artery and dorsalis pedis artery diameter and blood flow velocity of two groups were compared. Results Compared with before treatment，the femoral artery，popliteal artery，dorsalis pedis artery diameter and blood flow velocity of two groups were significantly improved （P<0.05），and compared with the control group，the observation group was better （P<0.05）.Compared with before treatment，blood glucose and HbA1c levels of two groups were lower（P<0.05），and compared with the control group，the observation group was lower（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group 94.11% was higher than that of the control group82.35%，（P<0.05）.There was no sever adverse reactions of two groups. Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease for PVD is effective and safety.

糖尿病周圍血管病变（peripheral vascular disease，PVD）是糖尿病患者比较常见的并发症，对于患者下肢动脉影响较大，其中全身动脉粥样硬化属于较为主要的一种表现。动脉中出现血栓、斑块等，会出现管腔狭窄的情况，严重情况下甚至会发生闭塞，导致患者远端肢体缺血。目前临床多采用控制血糖、降低血压及改善微循环等方法对糖尿病周围血管病变患者进行治疗[1]。但采用西药疗法的效果并不是很理想，且是手术治疗也存在一定的问题，如采用基因治疗的方法会产生过高费用，手术治疗存在风险的问题等，患者接受程度相对较低[2]。然而研究显示，采用中医中药的方法治疗PVD的方法效果较好[3]。所以我院针对PVD患者的治疗方法是在基础治疗上采用舒血宁注射液联合前列地尔注射液，治疗的效果非常理想。……
