运动手环干预对2型糖尿病患者运动行为的影响

[摘要] 目的 研究運动手环干预对2型糖尿病患者运动行为的影响。 方法 方便选取100例2015年5月—2016年5月该院内分泌科收治的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组由医护人员指导其进行日常运动干预,试验组患者在对照组基础上发放运动手环,采用运动手环记录干预。记录所有患者在入组时、干预1个月、3个月、6个月时监测FBG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、HbA1c等代谢指标、日均运动步数以及低、中、高等不同强度的运动时间,比较观察患者运动行为的变化。 结果 ①随着干预时间的延长,除TC外,试验组FBG、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、HbA1c等指标均有明显改善,差异显著;对照组患者有一定改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时期组间比较,6个月时,除TC外,试验组各指标改善程度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②干预6个月后,试验组患者的日均运动步数为(429 8±628)步,显著高于对照组(2 904±525)步,总运动时间为(76.4±6.8) h,显著长于对照组(45.9±7.5) h,不同强度的运动时间也长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 运动手环干预可显著提高2型糖尿病患者运动依从性,提高其运动强度,对病情有显著改善,值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of sports bracelet intervention on the sports behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the daily sports intervention under the guidance of medical staff, while the test group adopted the sports bracelet intervention on the basis of the control group, and the FBG,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,HbA1c and other metabolic indexes, average motion steps per day and low, medium and high intensifies of sports time were monitored at admission, in 1-month, 3-month and 6-month after intervention of all patients were recorded and the changes of sports behavior of patients were compared and observed. Results With the extension of the intervention time, the FBG,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,HbA1c indexes were obviously improved in addition to TC, and the differences were obvious, and these indexes had a certain improvement but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), and the improvement degree of various indexes in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group at 6-month, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), after 6-month intervention, the average sports motion steps in the test group were obviously higher than those in the control group[(4 298±628) vs (2 904±525)], and the total sports time was obviously longer than that in the control group[(76.4±6.8) h vs (45.9±7.5) h], and the sports time of different intensifies was longer than that in the control group, and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The sports bracelet intervention can obviously improve the sports compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes, improve the sports intensity and obviously improve the disease, which is worth clinical promotion and application.

糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,其发病普遍,且病程长,可累及造成患者的肾脏、心血管、神经组织等多个脏器和系统损害。研究显示,运动可通过提高能量消耗、增强骨骼肌对血糖的摄取能力以增加胰岛素敏感性,继而有效改善2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂等代谢[1]。目前患者对运动的依从性不佳,难以坚持。运动手环是一种穿戴式智能设备,可通过链接手机和平板达到监测患者运动的目的。国内迄今尚未有严格设计的运用运动手环对2型糖尿病患者进行运动干预的随机对照试验报道。因此,该研究以100例该院2015年5月—2016年5月收治的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,对运动手环的使用是否有助于增加患者的运动量进行了探讨,现报道如下。
