[摘要] 目的 記录阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检查结果的影响，为拟定临床检查方案提供实验依据。方法 整群选取2015年12月—2016年12月期间，前来该院进行尿常规检查的980例女性患者，随机划分成观察组及对照组各490例。观察组患者运用抑制阴道分泌物流出的尿液采集法，对照组患者运用常规尿液采集法。待两组检查完成后，比较尿常规中红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、蛋白质、亚硝酸盐的检出率、pH值、比重和糖。结果 分析两组患者的尿常规检查结果后，观察组患者尿常规中红细胞（42.8%vs91.8%）、白细胞（6.1%vs48.9%）、上皮细胞（1.2%vs10.2%）、亚硝酸盐（1.0%vs22.4%）的检出率明显低于对照组，实验数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者尿常规的pH值[（7.21±1.14） vs （7.44±1.02）]、蛋白质[（7.68±2.07） vs （10.27±3.22）]、比重[（1.13±0.41） vs （1.06±0.37）]和糖[（3.14±1.21） vs （6.17±2.33）]的检查结果较对照组亦有明显区别，实验数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 阴道分泌物能够对女性患者的尿常规检查结果造成很大的干扰，影响临床的诊断和治疗。而运用抑制阴道分泌物流出的尿液采集法，可能够显著避免因阴道分泌物干扰带来的误差，明显提高尿查规检查的准确性，为临床诊断带来便利，是一种较好的检查方案。

[Abstract] Objective To record the effect of vaginal secretion on the urine routine clinical examination results and provide experimental basis for making the clinical examination plan. Methods 980 cases of females with urine routine examination in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were group selected and randomly divided into two groups with 490 cases in each， the observation group applied the urine collection method， while the control group applied the routine urine collection method， after examination， the test rate of red cell， white cell， epithelial cell， protein， nitrite， pH value and ratio and glucose in the urine routine were compared between the two groups. Results The test rate of red cell， white cell， epithelial cell， protein and nitrite in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group[（42.8% vs 91.8%）， （6.1% vs 48.9%）， （1.2% vs 10.2%）， （1.0% vs 22.4%）]， and the differences between groups were statistically significant P<0.05， and the differences in the PH value， protein， ratio and glucose in the urine routine between the observation group and the control group were obvious with statistical significance，[（7.21±1.14） vs （7.44±1.02），（7.68±2.07） vs （10.27±3.22）， （1.13±0.41） vs （1.06±0.37），（3.14±1.21） vs（ 6.17±2.33）]，（P<0.05）. Conclusion Vaginal secretions can impose an obvious interference on the urine routine examination results of females， thus influencing the clinical diagnosis and treatment， however， the application of urine collection method by suppressing the vaginal secretions can obviously avoid the errors brought by the interference of vaginal secretions， obviously improve the accuracy of urine examination and provide convenience for the clinical diagnosis， which is a better examination plan.

尿常規检查是临床上常进行的一类检查，能够对患者的肾小球肾炎、糖尿病、血液病等泌尿系统、血液系统疾病提供诊断依据，能够为探索疾病的病理改变提供重要路径[1]。但是，由于女性患者的身体结构的特点，其阴道口距离尿道口不远，阴道分泌物往往会影响到尿常规检查标本的收集，影响临床的诊断和治疗[2]。该实验以2015年12月—2016年12月期间前来该院进行尿常规检查的980例女性患者为研究对象，将抑制阴道分泌物流出的尿液采集法与常规尿液采集法进行了比较，发现了阴道分泌物对尿常规检查结果的影响，且进一步探究了临床应对的策略，现报道如下。
