【摘要】在高校倡导应用型本科人才培养模式的大背景下，独立学院为了适应社会的需求实行大学英语教学改革，其中学生听说能力的培养尤为重要。本文通过分析独立学院大学英语听说课程的教学现状，探讨独立学院大学英语听说课程的教学改革策略，寻求提高独立学院非英语专业学生的英语听说能力的方法，以期提高学生的综合素质和跨文化交际能力，增强社会竞争力。

【Abstract】Under the background of promoting application-oriented college talents training mode，independent colleges pursued college English teaching reform，which attached importance to the cultivation of students listening and speaking abilities. Through analyzing the current teaching status of listening and speaking course in independent colleges and discussing its reform measures，this thesis mainly explored the measures to promote the listening and speaking abilities of non-English majors in independent colleges in the hope of promoting the students cross-cultural communication ability and strengthening their social competitiveness.

引言

根据《2015年全国教育事业发展统计公报》，全国共2560所普通高等学校，其中包含275所独立院校，约占总数的11%。由于学生基础相对薄弱、师资力量不足、教学模式相对滞后等原因，独立院校的学生大多数存在“聋哑英语”的现象，根据教育部修订的《大学英语课程教学要求（试

行）》，其中明确提出大学英语的教学目标是：“培养学生的英语综合应用能力，特别是听说能力，使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流，同时增强其自主学习能力，提高综合文化素养，以适应我国社会发展和国际交流的需要。”在高校倡導应用型本科人才培养模式的大背景下，独立学院为了适应社会的需求，提高学生的实践能力，增强社会竞争力，大学英语教学中听说能力的培养也就显得尤为重要。

一、独立院校大学英语听说教学情况现状分析

笔者曾作为一名独立学院的大学英语教师，在教学过程中发现学生在听说课程学习过程中普遍存在以下问题：
