岩巷大坡度下山快速掘进技术的研究与应用

【摘 要】近年来,辛安矿在集团公司的正确领导下,不断提高安全质量标准化意识,转变岩巷“两掘一喷”传统施工方法的观念,通过装备升级、工艺优化、技术创新,管理创新等方法,使岩巷快速掘进不断创出新水平,安全质量标准化水平也在稳步提升,辛安矿在-280进风下山掘进中,坡度-20°,创新“三掘三喷”工艺,掘进进尺连续几个月创出月进90米的好成绩,并达到煤炭行业一级安全生产标准化要求。创出煤炭企业大坡度下山掘进新水平。论文将介绍在大坡度下山快速掘进技术的研究与应用。
【Abstract】In recent years, under the correct leadership of the group, Xinan Mine continuously improve the safety and quality standardization consciousness, change the traditional construction methods and concepts of "two digs and one shot" in rock lane, through equipment upgrades, process optimization, technical innovation, management innovation and other methods, the quick rock drivage constantly hit a new level, and the level of safety and quality standardization has also been steadily improved. In the tunneling of "-280 Wind-in and Downhill" Project , the slope is -20°, Xinan Mine innovation "three digs and three spraies" process, the tunneling footage is 90m for several months, and meet the coal industry level production safety requirements, createa new level of steep slope driving. This paper will introduce the research and application of downhill driving technology at steep slope.

1 引言
上世纪70年代,煤矿就开始采用岩巷炮掘工艺,发展到现在仍是岩巷掘进中首选工艺,施工方法采用“两掘一喷”,掘进进度一般保持在月进50m的水平,岩巷下山大坡度掘进由于迎头积水难处理,排水难,打眼、装运速度慢,造成一次成巷困难,正规循环率低,致使岩巷掘进进尺月进30米的水平,掘进效率低。如何提高大坡度下山掘进进度,实现快速掘进,辛安矿在-280进风下山掘进中进行工艺的优化与创新,创新管理,保证施工质量。
2工程概况
工程名称:-280进风下山
巷道下山掘进工程量556m,掘进坡度20°。巷道掘进层位位于大煤顶板4至66m位置,主要岩层为大煤顶板粉砂岩、中粒砂岩及砂泥岩互层。掘进过程中需穿过4条断层。
