【摘 要】浙江舟山煤炭中转码头为目前国内规模最大的煤炭水运中转综合性港口之一，年吞吐量达3000万吨。码头整体包括15万吨级卸船码头，3.5万吨级装船码头和栈桥、海堤、堆存能力为310万吨的陆域煤炭堆场及配套设施。码头的整体雷电防护涉及三大区域：15万吨级卸船码头及3.5万吨级装船码头（临水区域）；310万吨的陆域煤炭堆场（非临水区域）；配套生活区（非临水区域）。

【Abstract】 Zhoushan coal transit terminal in Zhejiang is one of the largest integrated coal water ports in China， with an annual throughput of 30 million tons. The wharf comprises 150 thousand ton unloading dock， 35 thousand ton ship pier and trestle， seawall， land of coal mines with 3 million 100 thousand tons storage capacity and supporting facilities. The lightning protection terminal involves three areas： 150 thousand ton ship unloading dock and 35 thousand ton loading wharf （water area）， 3 million 100 thousand tons coal yard land （non water area）， supporting living area （non water area）.

1 地理位置

浙江舟山煤炭中转码头位于舟山第三大岛六横岛，海岸线总长为85.05km，可利用深水岸线约20km，码头位于六横岛东北岸石柱头山东南侧，占用石柱头山至黄礁岸线长约1.5km。见图1。

码头以六横岛为依托，坐西南向东北，四周有白莲山、湖泥山、虾峙岛、凉潭岛、后门山、元山岛和走马塘岛等岛礁及舟山本岛、穿山半岛所环绕，形成了风浪掩护条件良好的天然屏障。

2 周边环境

浙江舟山煤炭中轉码头坐落于陆域纵深大，以环岛主干道及盐田、虾塘为主的开阔地带，除其旁边的火力发电厂以外，无高层建筑或设施，处于六横岛的易受雷击区域。

3 码头雷电防护设计

3.1 设计规范

煤炭中转码头作为重点防火区域，其防雷设计要求等同于油品码头，其防雷设计规范可参照《建筑物防雷设计规范》（GB50057-2012）、《石油化工企业设计防火规范》（GB50160-2008版）和《装卸油品码头防火设计规范》执行，当不同规范的要求有不相同之处时，一定要从严要求，按照最高标准执行。……
