[摘要]目的 探讨不同脱敏剂在龈下刮治根面平整术后牙本质过敏的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2015年3月～2016年9月收治的75例龈下刮治根面平整术后牙本质过敏患者，随机分为实验组（38例）和对照组（37例）。实验组给予Gluma治疗；对照组给予口腔脱敏糊剂治疗。观察并比较两组治疗后15 min、1个月、3个月的临床效果。结果 实验组治疗后15 min、1个月、3个月的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于龈下刮治根面平整术后牙本质过敏患者的治疗，Gluma的临床疗效优于口腔脱敏糊剂，对临床有指导意义。

Comparative study on the clinical efficacy of different desensitizers in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity after subgingival scaling of the root surface planing

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of different desensitizers in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity after subgingival scaling of the root surface planing.Methods 150 cases of dentin hypersensitivity after subgingival scaling of the root surface planing from March 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group（n=38） and the control group（n=37），75 cases in each group.The experiment group was treated with Gluma treatment，the control groupwas treated with oral desensitized paste treatment.The clinical efficacy of 15 min，1 month，and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 15 min，1 month，and 3 months after treatment in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion Gluma treatment in dentin hypersensitivity after subgingival scaling of the root surface planing is better than that the oral desensitized paste treatment，and has the guiding sense to the clinical.

牙周炎是臨床最常见的牙周疾病，随着人们饮食结构的改变，生活水平的提高，牙周病的发病率逐年上升，已成为造成牙丧失的主要疾病[1]。牙周病目前尚无有效的彻底根治方法，龈下刮治术和根面平整术是目前临床预防及延缓牙周病的主要手段，是指用龈下刮治器械去除附着于牙周袋内牙根表面和嵌入牙骨质的牙石和菌斑，并刮除牙根表面受到毒素污染的病变牙骨质[2]。但龈下刮治和根面平整手术均会产生一定的机械作用，易造成牙龈萎缩、牙根暴露等并发症，从而引发牙本质的过敏，对酸甜冷热以及咀嚼较硬的食物时产生一定的酸痛症状，给患者带来痛苦。据统计，牙本质过敏的发生率为54%～55%，严重影响患者的生活质量，导致患者对治疗产生恐惧感，影响牙周病的预后[3]，因此，龈下刮治和根面平整术后给予患者脱敏治疗至关重要。目前临床常用的脱敏药物主要有Gluma、口腔脱敏糊剂等。……
