摘要：我国经济社会得到迅速的发展与提升，整个经济呈现出结构不断优化调整的新特征，在这一实际情况下，我国的资源环境承载的压力推动经济结构必须全面進行优化升级，而在经济结构得到不断发展能够对我国资源环境的恶化状况起到一定的改善。本文通过论述与分析了我国资源环境倒逼的机制下经济结构调整的具体特征、经济结构的调整为我国环境治理带来新的机遇与挑战、以及我国经济结构调整的时代背景下进一步推定环境保护的建议三个重要的方面，旨在全面的加强我国环境保护作用下经济结构的不断调整，并在经济结构优化升级与调整中加强我国的环境保护，从而全面的推动我国社会的良好发展。

Abstract： China's economic and social development has been rapidly developed and promoted. The whole economy has shown a new feature of structural optimization. In this practical situation， the pressure of China's resources and environment should promote the economic structure to be optimized and upgraded. The structure of the continuous development of China's resources and environment can be a deterioration of the situation to a certain extent. Based on the analysis and analysis of the specific characteristics of economic structural adjustment under the mechanism of resources and environment in China， the adjustment of economic structure brings new opportunities and challenges to China's environmental governance and the further presumption of environmental protection in the background of China's economic restructuring The three aspects of the proposal are aimed at comprehensively strengthening the continuous adjustment of economic structure under the action of environmental protection in our country and strengthening the environmental protection of our country in the optimization and upgrading and adjustment of economic structure， so as to promote the good development of our society in an all-round way.
