【摘要】目的 通过数据挖掘技术系统分析针灸治疗术后胃轻瘫的优选腧穴和配伍规律。方法 系统收集关于针灸治疗术后胃轻瘫疾病的现代期刊类文献，对符合条件的数据进行梳理。将梳理结果通过中医传承辅助平台进行数据处理，分析针灸治疗术后胃轻瘫选穴规律及配伍特点。结果 针刺治疗术后胃轻瘫优选腧穴在经络、部位、特定穴及配伍方面皆有律可循。结论 针灸治疗胃轻瘫在选穴方面具有集中性和规律性，因此具备穴位优选价值。足三里和中脘具有相同主治作用，且针对胃轻瘫疾病具有较好的疗效，且为最核心的配伍组合，因此合募配穴可以运用到胃轻瘫疾病的治疗中。

Acupoint Optimization Selection and Compatibility Rule of Postoperative Gastroparesis Treated by Acupncture Based

on Journal Class Data Mining Research

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the optimal acupoints and compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of postoperative gastroparesis by data mining technology.Methods The modern periodical literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of postoperative gastroparesis were systematically collected and the eligible data were sorted out.The results of combing the data were processed by the platform of traditional Chinese medicine transmission. The acupoints of acupoints and gastroscopy were analyzed.Results The acupoints in the treatment of postoperative gastroparesis had merits of meridian， location， specific acupoints and compatibility.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gastroparesis in the selection of points with a concentration and regularity， and therefore have the value of preferred points.Zusanli and Zhongwan have the same indications，and for gastroparesis disease has a good effect， and for the core combination of compatibility， so the joint point can be applied to the treatment of gastroparesis disease.

胃輕瘫是一种常见的消化道慢性并发症，指无流出道机械性梗阻的胃排空延迟的临床综合征[1]。根据病因的不同分为原发性和继发性，其中糖尿病胃轻瘫和术后胃轻瘫属于最常见的继发性糖尿病[2]。术后胃轻瘫（Postoperative gastric paralysis，PGS）主要以手术导致的胃动力障碍为主，多因胃迷走神经切除或胃部分切除引起，是腹部手术常见的并发症之一，发病率在2%～4%[3]。术后胃轻瘫严重影响着手术的恢复，而且常规的药物治疗效果不理想。

越来越多的临床实践和循证医学发现针刺对缓解胃轻瘫症状有着良好的效果，针灸治疗手段以其操作方便、创伤小、安全、副作用小、疗效持久等特点，在术后胃轻瘫治疗方面占有明显优势。……
