[摘要] 目的 探讨综合护理干预在跟骨外侧壁骨皮瓣截骨入路术后护理中的护理效果及对创面愈合的影响研究。方法 选取2014年1～12月我院收治的行跟骨外侧壁骨皮瓣截骨入路治疗患者80例，随机分为两组，对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用综合护理，观察两组患者AOFAS评分、有效率以及临床指标。 结果 在两组患者的AOFAS评分比较方面，研究组疼痛评分、日常活动功能评分、X线片评分以及总分等均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；在两组患者疗效对比方面，研究组患者护理干预之后的优良率显著高于对照组患者（P<0.05）；在两组患者的创面愈合情况对比方面，研究组患者的愈合时间以及愈合率均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 跟骨外侧壁骨皮瓣截骨入路术后护理中应用综合护理，有利于提高护理效果，改善创面愈合情况。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the postoperative nursing care of calcaneal lateral wall bone skin flap osteotomy approach and its effect on wound healing. Methods A total of 80 patients who were admitted to our hospital and were given calcaneal lateral wall bone skin flap osteotomy from January to December 2014 were selected， and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine care， and the study group was given comprehensive nursing. AOFAS， effective rate and clinical indices were observed in both groups. Results In the comparison of AOFAS score between the two groups， the pain score， daily activity function score， x-ray score and total score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）； in the comparison of curative effect between the two groups， the excellent and good rate in the study group after the nursing intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）； in the comparison of the wound healing between the two groups， the healing time and healing rate in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing on the postoperative nursing care of calcaneal lateral wall bone skin flap osteotomy approach is beneficial to improving the nursing effect and improving the wound healing.

跟骨骨折在骨科类疾病中属于常见的足部损伤，在跗骨骨折人群中占比达60%，但就目前临床骨伤医疗水平对该类骨伤较少采用手术治疗。为了促使骨折患处术后快速愈合、减少关节功能障碍和肌肉萎缩等情况的发生，术后综合护理干预措施具有很大必要性。针对跟骨骨折患者的患病部位形状出现明显变化或者发生严重移位的状况，临床采用切开复位内固定的方法进行治疗可有效缓解以上问题，取得良好的疗效。预后期内要求患者减少活动，以卧床休息为主。期间患者关节和肌肉部位活动受限，长此以往有可能导致患者出现肌肉萎缩、淋巴淤滞、血液流通不畅等症状，同时使得关节的灵活性降低，严重者可能致残，给患者身心帶来沉重负担。我院针对综合护理干预在跟骨外侧壁骨皮瓣截骨入路术后护理中的护理效果及对创面愈合的影响做了详细对比分析，取得良好效果，现报道如下。……
