【摘要】目的 观察护理风险管理对妇产科患者满意度及护理风险事件的影响。方法 选取本院2014年5月～2016年1月于妇产科就诊的产妇70例，随机分为对照组及观察组，各35例。对照组给予传统护理管理，观察组给予护理风险管理。观察两组患者护理风险事件发生及护理满意度情况。结果 观察组护理总满意率94.29%高于对照组68.57%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组各风险事件发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对妇产科患者给予护理风险管理，护理后风险事件發生情况少，护理满意度高。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the impact of nursing risk management on patients' satisfaction and nursing risk.Methods 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group （35） in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2016 in obstetrics and gynecology.The control group was given traditional nursing management，and the observation group was given nursing risk management.To observe the occurrence of nursing risk and nursing satisfaction in two groups of patients.Results The overall satisfaction rate （94.29%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（68.57%）（P<0.05）.The incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Nursing risk management was given to patients with obstetrics and gynecology，and the risk events were few and the nursing satisfaction was high.

妇产科是一个护理风险高、护理纠纷较多的科室。随着医学的发展及人们生活品质的提高，人们对于健康保健的需求也越来越高，对护理服务的要求也随之提高[1]。使得医疗护理工作质量不断完善。由于护理工作的琐碎与繁忙，使得其面临的风险及难度系数不断提升，导致护理风险事件发生越来越多[2]。因此，建立健全相应的护理风险管理机制，有利于增强护理人员的抗风险能力，同时降低护患纠纷及护理差错的发生率。本研究针对本院妇产科35例产妇，对其实施护理风险管理，观察患者护理后风险事件发生情况及患者护理满意情况。如下总结。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取本院2014年5月～2016年1月于本院妇产科就诊的产妇70例，随机分为对照组及观察组，各35例。对照组年龄21～44岁，平均年龄（29.17±3.46）岁，平均孕周（39.69±2.17）周。观察组年龄22～42岁，平均年龄（30.79±3.97）岁，平均孕周（38.17±2.16）周。两组患者在年龄、孕周等一般资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

对照组实施传统护理管理措施，包括对产妇的基础护理及助产工作等。……
