The infectious diseases influence our daily life and health. Whats more， it can make people die. What can we do to stop it？ I think when we are at home， we need to cleaning① our house every day. At school， we should keep our classroom clean and tidy. We must open the windows every morning. In the public②， we shouldnt spit and③ drop litter.

In our daily life， we should have good living habits. Its important for us eating④ more vegetables and fruit. We should go to bed early and get up early every day. We should do more exercise and play more sports. We should wash hands before meals. We should take showers， change and wash clothes often. Also it is good to keep in a happy mood every day. If we do like that， well live a happy and healthy life.
