【摘 要】一个企业想要长久的发展下去就需要正确的管理方式，建立完善的规章制度。论文讨论的是企业生产管理中的工时管理，在整个企业生产管理过程中，车间的流水到货物的出库就完成了整个生产流程，想要在生产中实现更好的生产管理优化，就需要加强工时管理。

【Abstract】Proper management ， perfect rules and regulations are the factors for an enterprise that wants long-term development. The paper discusses the working hours management during the production management. In the whole process of enterprise production management， the entire production process is completed from the flow of the workshop to the goods out of the warehouse. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the working hours management for the optimization of the production management.

1 引言

随着科技的发展，时代的进步，工时管理也逐步加强，工时管理已从传统的Excel表格软件转变成整个工时管理系统。新型的工时管理系统可以更精确的对企业成本项目进行核算，具有基本的工时管理系统和延伸的管理系統，这样更好地促进了企业对成本数据的收集。作为企业生产管理的落脚点，工时管理对企业发展有着重要的意义，有利于企业管理更加顺利有效地进行，因而不少企业对工时管理的发展愈加关注。

2 工时管理在企业生产管理中的重要意义

工时管理是指在企业工作的过程一个工时内所完成的工作指标[1]。在生产环境下进行规模批量生产，使用生产设备进行生产的过程中，根据以往的生产经验和生产数据进行系统的分析，从而进行数据优化流程，以工序为计算单位根据工时的调整制定生产计划做出的产量。工时管理首先对工作人员和工作任务设定方面进行一定的配比，并和以往工作数据进行对比，得出结论，从而进行合理有效的工时管理，更大地提升企业的生产管理和生产效率。……
