[摘要] 随着我国医药行业的快速发展，职业领域对药学类本科毕业生的专业能力和综合素质提出了更高要求。如何培养出一批适应行业需要，具备创新精神和实践能力，并能实现个性化发展的特色专业人才，已成为医药本科院校面临的一项重大课题。文章提出以大学生创新性实验项目为平台，构建药学类本科生“学业导师制”的培养新模式，以实现专业综合能力提升和个性化培养两大目标，并对该培养模式构建思路进行了探索和思考，提出了一些意见和建议。

Thoughts on construction of "academic tutorial system" for pharmaceutical undergraduates based on innovative experiment of college students

[Abstract] With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry in China， the professional ability and comprehensive quality of pharmacy graduates have been put forward higher requirements for occupational area. How to cultivate a number of professionals conforming to industry needs， with innovative spirit and practical ability， and to achieve the characteristics of personalized development， has become an important issue which the medical undergraduate colleges have to face. This paper puts forward a new cultivating model of "academic tutorial system" for pharmaceutical undergraduates， which is based on the innovative experiment project of college students， in order to realize the two goals of professional comprehensive ability promotion and individual training. Furthermore， the thought on how to construct this cultivating mode is explored and thought， and some suggestions and opinions are put forward.

本科人才培养是大学教育发展的基础，也是高等教育学界研究关注的重点。大学教育能否培养出一大批具有创新精神的高水平专业人才，是决定着我国各行业产业结构能否成功轉型，社会经济能否持续健康发展以及建设创新型国家发展战略能否顺利实现的关键所在。我国大学本科教育在完成前一阶段的规模扩增后，已进入了提升教育质量内涵的新阶段，这也是我国高等教育未来发展的必然趋势[1-2]。如何创新人才培养机制，尤其是加快完善高校本科生科研创新能力、实践能力和综合素质的培养机制，以显著提高本科人才的培养质量，推进我国高等教育改革，已成为近年来研讨最为集中的课题[3-4]，具有重要的理论和现实意义。……
